We live in the Phoenix area and being that it's June...it's HOT. Our AC went out last night. Got up this morning, called TeoPros at 7a and they were out by 11a (as promised) and had it fixed. Our tech Jose was very professional and explain the situation from start to finish. Great experience...thank you!

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. Woke up early this morning to take a shower. Lol and behold, no hot water. Checked out plumbers for the Chandler area and found J. I. Plumbing had good reviews. Called them at 7 am and he was here in 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and then he replaced my water heater, installed a new one and hauled the old one away. Great service, nice guy and a hard worker.

Let's just say this company was referred by our insurance company and we would never use them again. They sent out a service man to our home and after he left my mother noticed jewelry missing. My mother who is 70... had a wedding ring and her mother's ring missing from the same area which the employee was working. I can't express the disappointment. We reported it to the company, the insurance company and the police. The rings had very little monetary value but, sentimental value was tremendous. Shame on the employee!
