I used Quality Heat and Cooling when I lived in Glenpool I was selling my house and my daughter Tina Vratil suggested I use them. I needed to have heat and cooling systems checked! They came out right away checked everything and I think I paid a very reasonable price for the service! The young man was very nice and professional!!! After I moved I called and started a monthly program with them for my new home they came out checked my a/c unit and I had them install a new thermometer in my home the service man showed me several models didn’t try to pressure me and let me pick the one that was within my budget. They also came in Dec to check and service my heater all this for $19.99 a month. If you need professional help for your heat and air I’d call them!!

I called for service due to my furnace would not come on when your service technician arrived on the same day I called he completely checked out the furnace and determine that the problem was my thermostat made a few adjustments so that the New Thermostat did not require a replacement battery I was very lucky to get the repair done on the day I called because the next day is when the temperature dropped to minus below wind chill

Monty had to replace the hot water faucet so I could hook up my new washing machine. He came out the same day I called and stayed late to get it fixed so I wouldn’t have to go an extra day without a washing machine. The Quality twch Gage came out on time for our Sunday morning 8 am appointment.we had a broken water pipe that led to the exterior of the house. He assessed the repair quickly provided me with the price and immediately gathered some more specialized parts needed to do the repairs. When he returned, he repaired the work efficiently and very unobtrusively. The price per job rather than hourly rate used by quality meant the job was priced up front and never changed once agreed to. Everything was effortless and the repair was fast and effective. Little did we know that the reason it’s so inexpensive is because they use it as a tool to sell you more services. They don’t even change your air filters without charging extra. They left us a long list of things they need to do that will cost us more money. We *might* call them for service if something breaks in the future, but we will not pay for the service plan again.

I have them maintain my heat and a/c. This company to me has an old school mentality which to me is they show up(on time), courtesy call (remind me), value my dollar, and on top of it all kind. The staff answering the phone was very professional and polite at all times. They were transparent about appointment availability and came out the very next day… on a Sunday! The tech, Joshua, was extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and shared the details and pricing before beginning the work. He did an amazing job and gave us lots of information and tips on how to perform regular system maintenance to prevent the occurrence of an outage in the future. We are very grateful for the services.

Loved this company! I had called a couple of places before them to try and get my broken A/C fixed (one of which asked me to speak to my husband even though I never said that I was married.. spoiler, I don't have a husband). I was worried when I called that it would be days before they could come out (it was a Friday). I was wrong! They had someone dispatched within about an hour. I got a call from Amy about 30mins before she got to my home along with a text with her name and picture. Amy was great and super professional. Within about 20 mins she was able to get my A/C blowing cold air again! This is the second time in two summers that it has gone out. With it being a 2005 model I made the decision to go ahead with putting in a new unit. Amy was great and was not pushy with trying to sell me a new unit that I didn't need. She just stated the facts and was able to show the proof of my aging unit. They scheduled to have my new unit put in on the following Monday. It was a great experience and I will be using them again in the future if needed!

He was communicative and polite, and has fully gained my confidence in his ability to complete the necessary maintenance.

When the unit was a year old, it began short cycling. It took Quality eight visits to fix it over a two week period, in which they tried to charge me labor each time. They replaced both a thermostat and fan motor that were not bad and when installing the motor, installed it backwards. They expected me to pay additional labor to fix that. The unit continued to short cycle. Multiple visits later, it was finally determined that there was a blockage in the drain line that was not cleared during install. One of the required steps. The owners were unprofessional and hostile and unsympathetic that their failures caused me to be without air for 2 weeks during 100+ degree temperatures. But then they have the nerve to continue to contact me. I told them I would never use them again so they offered plumbing. This review is finally being left because I was contacted through an automated message that thanked me for the above positive feedback and asked me to leave a review showing it was 100% automated and they didn’t read it to begin with.

I do not recommend them. In fact, buyer beware. Service is poor, customer service is poor and prices are high.

I called after hours on a Friday with an A/C in the middle of the summer… not cooling!! I had someone on my doorstep at 8:00AM Saturday morning!! He wasn’t grumpy to be working at 8am on Saturday!! He showed me exactly what was going on, told me the price to expect and explained what each item was and what it was for!! He was super friendly and got the job done right, the first time!! I felt completely safe and comfortable to have the gentleman in my home. I can not say enough great things about Quality and their team!! I 100% will recommend them, 100% of the time.
