We could not be happier with Quality as a company. The staff is professional and down to earth. They worked with me on financing (I have terrible credit), even tailoring their quote to match my financing amount. They have made themselves available for appointments almost immediately and followed up with me consistently to make sure I was in control, had all the info I needed to make an informed decision, and was satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them!

I used Quality Heat and Cooling when I lived in Glenpool I was selling my house and my daughter Tina Vratil suggested I use them. I needed to have heat and cooling systems checked! They came out right away checked everything and I think I paid a very reasonable price for the service! The young man was very nice and professional!!! After I moved I called and started a monthly program with them for my new home they came out checked my a/c unit and I had them install a new thermometer in my home the service man showed me several models didn’t try to pressure me and let me pick the one that was within my budget. They also came in Dec to check and service my heater all this for $19.99 a month. If you need professional help for your heat and air I’d call them!!

Our technician Luke was very nice. He listened to our issue that our 25 year old ac unit has quit working and that we were aware that he might be telling we need a new unit. After doing a full check and discovering our thermostat was the issue, he gave us our thermostat options. We really appreciate not only Luke, but also Quality for getting someone to our house so quickly in this heat!!

Thought are heater went out so I call them. They had someone come out about an hour later. I was very impressed with there speed and quality. Come to find out we have a heatpump. The gentleman was very nice about it and explained how it worked. If you need fast and friendly help they would be it.

The company did what they said they would do from the customer service contacting me on the phone to inform me of the status of the technician arriving at my home to the professional technician explaining the repairs needed with a quick turnaround time. The technician Juan, was very knowledgeable, considerate of my time and determined to resolve the issues with our AC as quickly as possible. I will only use Quality Heating and Air for my home!

Very pleasant and honest. They attempted to repair my daughter's wall furnace and we determined that it was too old and the correct parts are no longer being made. Will definitely call them again for any future heat and air issues.

We had quality install new AC systems in our home. Tim came out and gave us some options. Install could not have gone better. They got the systems in quickly and were professional and on time. Highly recommend!!

I called for service due to my furnace would not come on when your service technician arrived on the same day I called he completely checked out the furnace and determine that the problem was my thermostat made a few adjustments so that the New Thermostat did not require a replacement battery I was very lucky to get the repair done on the day I called because the next day is when the temperature dropped to minus below wind chill

Plumbing repairs are never fun, but we are excited to finally have a great plumber to depend on for all of our needs! Monty had to replace the hot water faucet so I could hook up my new washing machine. He came out the same day I called and stayed late to get it fixed so I wouldn’t have to go an extra day without a washing machine. He was very professional, very personable, and he explained everything in detail to us. Quality was the second plumbing company to address this issue in the 18 months we have lived here, but Monty fixed it correctly and permanently! We wish we had found him first! When our air conditioning stopped working we quickly called local businesses for service. Most companies couldn’t get to us for 5-7 days at the earliest, Quality Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was not only able to squeeze us in same day but arrived within 3 hours of me calling them. The technician was friendly, gave us plenty of options on repair and fixed it very quickly! With a baby in the house we couldn’t be more thankful for such quick and great service. We will definitely use them again in the future!

They came out I paid for 2 service calls I'm a disabled veteran it's rough out here struggling I've been dealing with quality heating there for a couple years I had to install a unit outside 2 years ago God came over I had to pay for 2 service calls I heard a art and smoke store coming out my unit it's rough out here look like I'm gonna go through the whole summer with no AC and I'm a senior citizen that's really really hurts

The repair man was polite, on time, and provided us with a lot of helpful information. No repairs ended up being needed, but if they are in the future, we will call them. Sky L. serviced our AC unit for the summer. He explained the test and results clearly and with the pictures of the unit. He was very professional and made a couple of recommendations but did not push us to buy anything extra. We purchased two surge protectors and he quickly installed them. We were very happy with Sky and with the service of Quality Heating Air and plumbing.

Quality has rescued me twice now, once with a repair to an AC unit I messed up while mowing for a customer, and today with issues with my AC. Jim was my tech, very knowledgeable and was here 35 minutes after I called. Highly recommend quality for all your AC needs!

They checked my heating/ air conditioning units to make sure they were in working order. The first time I called, I had a dripping faucet. The day they came it was leaking really bad under the sink ( kitchen). During the duration of the appointment, he went out, bought new fixtures for the sink( it had to be replaced) and fixed it! He was very patient and highly professional.

The Quality twch Gage came out on time for our Sunday morning 8 am appointment.we had a broken water pipe that led to the exterior of the house. He assessed the repair quickly provided me with the price and immediately gathered some more specialized parts needed to do the repairs. When he returned, he repaired the work efficiently and very unobtrusively. The price per job rather than hourly rate used by quality meant the job was priced up front and never changed once agreed to. Everything was effortless and the repair was fast and effective. Gage did a great job. I will reuse them again.

We were having issues with our air conditioning and I called them. They got to us in good time and were thorough going through and diagnosing the problem with our system.

They put a brand new heating and air system in my home. They were really quick about putting it in and very helpful with financing. It was an overall very good experience.

We had a good experience with their service when we had a condenser go out on one of our AC units, so we decided to pay for the service plan. Little did we know that the reason it’s so inexpensive is because they use it as a tool to sell you more services. They don’t even change your air filters without charging extra. They left us a long list of things they need to do that will cost us more money. We *might* call them for service if something breaks in the future, but we will not pay for the service plan again.

I had Quality perform a detailed HVAC inspection along with my home inspections on a home I'm purchasing. They went above & beyond with their inspection and discovered a cracked heat exchanger, which is quite dangerous. They gave me such peace of mind knowing exactly what condition the systems are in. Had drain clog slowing both bathrooms. Our unmentioned warranty company could find a service to come for a week and I called cancelled with them and then Called Quality and they came the same day on the weekend! Thank you for your quick response.

My A/C went out on Friday afternoon and I called Saturday morning. The Tech Scaasi was here by 2:30. He quickly found my problem, a blown fuse. I was allowed to save money by going to get my own fuse and he just charged me a service call fee. Great customer service.

The staff answering the phone was very professional and polite at all times. They were transparent about appointment availability and came out the very next day… on a Sunday! The tech, Joshua, was extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and shared the details and pricing before beginning the work. He did an amazing job and gave us lots of information and tips on how to perform regular system maintenance to prevent the occurrence of an outage in the future. Loved this company! I had called a couple of places before them to try and get my broken A/C fixed (one of which asked me to speak to my husband even though I never said that I was married.. spoiler, I don't have a husband). I was worried when I called that it would be days before they could come out (it was a Friday). I was wrong! They had someone dispatched within about an hour. I got a call from Amy about 30mins before she got to my home along with a text with her name and picture. Amy was great and super professional. Within about 20 mins she was able to get my A/C blowing cold air again! This is the second time in two summers that it has gone out. With it being a 2005 model I made the decision to go ahead with putting in a new unit. Amy was great and was not pushy with trying to sell me a new unit that I didn't need. She just stated the facts and was able to show the proof of my aging unit. They scheduled to have my new unit put in on the following Monday. It was a great experience and I will be using them again in the future if needed!

Our technician Joshua was an incredible help in finding the source of our problems and suggesting possible solutions. He took lots of photos to document his findings, and explained them well to me. He was communicative and polite, and has fully gained my confidence in his ability to complete the necessary maintenance.
10/10 would recommend this company in the future.

When the unit was a year old, it began short cycling. It took Quality eight visits to fix it over a two week period, in which they tried to charge me labor each time. They replaced both a thermostat and fan motor that were not bad and when installing the motor, installed it backwards. They expected me to pay additional labor to fix that. The unit continued to short cycle. Multiple visits later, it was finally determined that there was a blockage in the drain line that was not cleared during install. One of the required steps. The owners were unprofessional and hostile and unsympathetic that their failures caused me to be without air for 2 weeks during 100+ degree temperatures. But then they have the nerve to continue to contact me. I told them I would never use them again so they offered plumbing. This review is finally being left because I was contacted through an automated message that thanked me for the above positive feedback and asked me to leave a review showing it was 100% automated and they didn’t read it to begin with.

I do not recommend them. In fact, buyer beware. Service is poor, customer service is poor and prices are high.

I called after hours on a Friday with an A/C in the middle of the summer… not cooling!! I had someone on my doorstep at 8:00AM Saturday morning!! He wasn’t grumpy to be working at 8am on Saturday!!
