I was given this company through my warranty service, I place a direct call to them to speed up my wait time. After finally getting someone on the phone and going over briefly my issue, I asked about an appointment on that day. Needless to say the second I said warranty she told me they don't do business with them anymore. Then loudly pronounced that the company in particular owed them money. So OK I get that, I completely understand that. However, she could have at that point began to tell me what her charge would be to come out, when they might possibly have an opening and could come out -- if I wanted to hire them. At least offered to go over these things with me. Instead she just said Sorry and disconnected. Really who does that. It was like she was relieved that she didn't have to activate a service call, and would do everything possible to avoid it.
