Travis was very responsive and quick to get us the help we needed. Once they got started, Tim worked on multiple things in our house and did an amazing job. He was super nice and did a great job explaining everything. We had multiple issues come up as they dove deeper into the plumbing and we’re so thankful to have things fixed and be confident that Tim did it right!

I needed a new water heater installed. Tim was beyond amazing! He was communicative, courteous, on-time, and thorough. I ended having him come back to install 3 bathroom faucets. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. He also found a leaky pipe in my basement that had gone un-noticed for who knows how long. He worked overtime (long hours with no breaks) to replace it that very day. I will definitely use these guys again and will request Tim!

Absolutely amazing!!! They were very responsive and very detailed. I called as a second opinion after another company was trying to charge me $6000 for something that wasn’t needed. I will continue to use them!! :) highly recommend them..

Once again Travis came through for us. This time we had him out to fix a leak in water supply line to our sprinkler system and to install two new toilets. He was able to work to our schedule with no problem. In fact, he was able to show up earlier than expected. When he completed this project, he asked if there was anything else we needed so we asked for an estimate for replacing our old water supply line to our refrigerator ice maker. He gave us an estimate (reasonable as usual) so we told him we’d get back to him. We called Kelly a couple of weeks later and worked with her in setting up an appointment. (She is also a pleasure to work with!)
Travis came out and had everything completed in the estimated time. We continue to be pleased beyond our expectations with the service we get each time with Travis and his group.

I was very impressed by this company. From my phone call with Kelly and the amazing technician Time, who came out to check out my sink. They were very professional, friendly and fair with there services. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I called and Kelly picked up and we had a pleasant conversation. I had a fairly urgent situation, and she felt good about stating that Travis would show around 2:30 after another job, and that is exactly what happened. He was thorough in his explanation of how he was going to do the repair and proceeded to do so efficiently and professionally.

I am not giving 5 stars because there was an issue that I felt could have been slightly better handled, but after some discussion back and forth with Kelly the next day, we did come to a resolution, which I appreciated very much.

My new tub install couldn’t have happen any easier. I was a bit nervous being such a big job, but the whole experience with Travis was effortless. I received a few bids and his was very fair. He showed up on time, finished the job as promised, and kept the work area neat and clean. My new tub looks and works beautifully. Will definitely use them again.

Travis was exactly as advertised: affordable, but also prompt, reliable, and very forthright. He gave us clear instructions for continued maintenance on the hose bib he reconnected through a cantilever on the back of our house and was very honest about potential problems should we not follow through on maintenance. The work he did exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be calling him again should we ever have another plumbing project.

Travis was amazing! He not only called to let me know he could come early, but once he was here he fixed my plumbing problem in a meter of minutes! Wonderful company to work with and will definitely continue to use for my plumbing needs in the future!

Travis came out twice to consult and advise without charge for the upcoming job. His advise helped us make needed choices for the project. Also, his flexibility and schedule availability are extremely reasonable. Happy to have him come and finis the project when it is done.

Travis replaced a leaking garbage disposal in our kitchen sink.

He arrived as scheduled, promptly diagnosed the problem, got a new disposal, and got to work.

He worked efficiently and cleaned up when finished.

Honest. On time. A good guy who knows his stuff. That's the experience of working with Travis. He came to our home to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing quite right, made some small adjustments in the tank and, once he was done, said to consider his visit as if he were stopping by to provide an estimate (no charge) since the work was so minimal. We will definitely call Travis again for any plumbing project, big or small. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Elijah from An Affordable Plumber LLC. We bought an under sink water filtration system and got a leak after installation. Elijah fixed our leak within minutes, was incredibly knowledgable about filtration systems, and was as kind and professional as they come. We will be using him for all of our future plumbing issues!

The plumbing work was great. However I found one of the men inside our home multiple times not wearing a mask. They were here for hours and I have two small kids in my house who cannot wear masks. I found it very disappointing and unprofessional.

Edit: I have heard from Travis at An Affordable Plumber and received a genuine apology about the mask issue. I was informed that the employee I saw without a mask is a new employee and he has been reminded of the company policy to wear masks indoors at all times. I have one other plumbing issue that needs to be addressed and I think we will use An Affordable Plumber for that work as I have been guaranteed this would not happen again.

Travis arrived on time, and was very thorough in diagnosing our problem. Turns out it was an easy fix of turning some valves. I tried to pay him for his time and he wouldn't accept anything. I will definitely come back to him again.

The Plumber (Travis) was contacted on Sunday morning to repair a water heater pipe. A similar pipe was repaired by a different plumber 1 yr ago. Travis told me his charge would be 1.5 times his usual rate for Sunday (urgent) service.  The fee he quoted was the fee paid. This fee was less than 1.5 times the fee I paid last year by a different plumber.  He did a great job, cleaned up and gave a 1 yr warranty for his work. Very satisfied and we will use him again for future plumbing jobs should they arise. I highly recommend An Affordable Plumber.

Travis was out to check my water pressure, he's very personal and trustworthy. I appreciate the explanations he gave me to understand the choices that I had. Will defiantly call him when I have any other pluming issues.

I don't normally go right to Google to give a review, but this called for it. So, we had a sink back up while cooking dinner & I called one of the big local names to come snake it the next day. (I won't say who here, I am just going to go blast them on their Google site.) Took the afternoon off to meet them during the appointment window, and SHOCKINGLY they called 15 minutes into the window to tell me that their techs were busy & wouldn't make it - could they come tomorrow? Furious, I hung up and started the frantic search for a plumber that could help me immediately. An Affordable Plumber was the first one I called, and he called me right back & offered to be there within the hour. Travis showed up, gave me a fair rate, and went right to work. No upsells, push for service contracts, or pointing out additional problems. Had a tarp for the snake & covered his boots, and delivered exactly as promised. Had my receipt emailed instantly. I had the kitchen put back together before my wife came home from work! He's a one-man operation with big-name branding (clean uniform, new work van with business logo), and a pleasure to work with to boot. I can't say enough good things about my experience! I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work you need done.

Travis came by today to give a free estimate because my shower wasn’t getting hot enough. He stopped in for two minutes, looked at the shower/tub faucet and handle, then went to his vehicle. About 10 minutes later he came back with an estimate of $495 to replace the cartridge (a $30 part). My husband wasn’t home at the time and I HAD to get a shower... but when he got home he started to look at the problem. It took him about 30 minutes to diagnose and repair the problem with a new handle from Home Depot for $10. There was an adjuster for hot:cold settings within the shaft coming from the cartridge. Travis didn’t even bother to look. I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am unfamiliar with plumbing (and being a woman). Had my husband been coming home sooner, I wouldn’t have bothered, but I REALLY wanted to take a hot shower this afternoon. Oh well. Don’t trust these guys to be honest and actually find the root of the issue. They’ll just estimate to replace the whole entire fixture and bill you x10 for parts and labor. What a bunch of crooks.

The manager, Chris contacted me within 2 hours, gave me a rough estimate, organized appointment for an in-home inspection for accurate quote and came himself to give me a no obligation quote. He was fast, on-time, very professional, upfront and even gave me discount in order to price match another quote from a different contractor. Bryan installed the whole system and finished it on-time. the installation is very professional. Definitely recommend and surely will utilize their service in future if needed ... 'no doubt'.

I had a couple of toilet issues, i.e. long tank refill time, hose replacement, etc. Tasks were assessed by Affordable Plumber and completed in a very short timeframe at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate in using them again for my plumbing needs.

Affordable Plumber came in with the lowest quote, but due to money being tight I did the project myself. Took me forever, but got it done. Had I the money, would have gone with Carlos and Affordable Plumber hands down.
