Heck Of A Plumber

Great service. Had issues with my water heater and some of my faucets. Ryan and his team responded quickly and fixed the issues in no time. They arrived to my home, got right to the issue and were very very friendly! I really am impressed with their service.

Had a small fire at the house, some melted pipes. Called Heck of a Plumber, Matt showed up that day when he said he would, and was able to get our water back on promptly. Very personable and professional, without a doubt will be my new go-to for plumbing.

Lowes installed our new dishwasher and knocked the plastic plug of the garbage disposal into it. They said the blades will chop it up.
The garbage disposal motor burnt up. And water from the sink backed up into the dish washer. The Lowes install company did not stand behind their work.
I made an appointment with Ryan.
Taylor installed my new garbage disposal and discovered the drain hose of the dish washer was too long.
I called Ryan and told him we are very satisfied with Taylor's workmanship.

I had called around to a couple companies in the area, was told by each company that it was about 2 weeks or more before they could get to me. Called Heck of a Plumber and told the guy that I have no hot water and it was a little bit of an emergency since it's me and my 4 children in the house with nowhere to go take a hot shower. He told me that he would come over tomorrow (I called late at like 11pm). He shows up the next day, gives me a price, better than the other companies I talked to, I agreed on the price, and he changed the water heater out that day!!! To give the kids a hot bath and take me a hot shower was so refreshing!!! Come to find out, the guy I talked to and who did the work, is the owner of the company, Ryan Heck. He is such a genuine guy. After that I have used his company for other services like faucet repair, water leaks, garbage disposal install, sewer stoppages, and repairing pipe under my house. I highly recommend this company! Quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service! Nothing beats being able to talk to the owner/boss when you call.
