The last time, a friend suggested that I call Plumbing NYC. I now have an annual service agreement with them, and have not had any problems with my boiler since. They are friendly, courteous, and come every fall to service my home's heating system before winter hits. I recently also had a plumbing problem, and they were there within an hour to fix it--at my preferred customer rate.

I called back to report her to her manager, and when I asked for her name she hung up on me again. Very unprofessional. Lots of other plumbing services out there. Don't need to be hung up on by someone who I'm going to pay! In addition, she blocked my phone number from calling the business again. Spend your money elsewhere!

This company is a complete and total ripoff. I sought there service to repair the temperature of the water in one of my showers. It wasn’t a huge issue. I have a brand new boiler.
