Overall my experience with yesterday’s technician visit was good. Even though our original appointment time could not be achieved, I received multiple calls keeping me informed and we were ultimately successful. I appreciated the call giving me the technicians name prior to his arrival. The technician was professional and helpful in coming up with a final project design. I agreed to have them do the work and look forward to working with them.

Prompt, professional, clear honest communication. Found them with a simple Google search, which always gives me pause, but the entire experience was easy and quickly dispensed with any fears. Would recommend and will use New York electricians again.

I hired Mike to rescue a chimney fan installation after another electrician quoted me a ridiculous fee. Mike's price was great. he communicated frequently and professionally and was responsive +++. when a building code issue (nothing to do with him, but preventing access) delayed finishing the job for almost two years he still.kept in touch and responded right away when I confirmed we were good to go. Installation completed within days. I cannot rate high enough.

Moe worked with me to make up a very low price compared to competitors and when Andrew got to the house, he was on-time, very thorough, and did an amazing job. Had an electrical emergency so I called Bright Electrical Service. They showed up and fixed the problem. Excellent, prompt service and the rate was reasonable. Enough so that the following week I called for an estimate on some other work I needed. Been using him ever since. Val and his guys are great. Definitely my electrician from now on!!
