I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. A few weeks later I called him again cause my bathroom sink was clogged. He did not disappoint. Came out that same day and was able to unclog it. I highly recommend A-plus drain services. No customer should need to pay half or anything upfront to proceed with a job. A business wouldint be in business if it wasnt for customers, you are earning every customers trust and business with every call you recieve daily. Be upfront and truthful. If any customer who pays for a service before the job is done or hasnt even started is senseless. 0 🌟 to this plumbing company and I wouldint recommend to anyone.

I had an urgent pipe leak and they told me they were coming to inspect. They just never came. I called their phone probably 30 times, and every time it said User Busy. I was trusting them to come, and they caused me to have to wait another several days to get someone out here from a different company, and what kind of business has a phone that doesn't work? Very disappointed.

This company is a scam! Should have checked bbb complaints before working with this company. Drew kept asking for money and abandoned job. Our home was torn apart and left without any call for weeks. We had to hire another contractor to fix his damage. Also noted his work was done in illegal codes with had to be corrected. Spent so much to repair his shotty work. Save yourself the trouble.
