They never showed! My wife sat home and waited and they never came. They will send you an email asking for automatic confirmation which I confirmed...
Apparently, I was told maybe there's a glitch in the system...
The first girl I spoke to had my appointment down for 4hours later than my scheduled appointment.
Poor customer service, don't always believe the positive reviews is a lesson I've learned the hard way.
Go elsewhere, unless you want to waste your day off waiting...

Serge did the electrical work for a moderately complicated Eichler remodel.

Overall quality was excellent.

Advice: Serge provided excellent advice. He did the best job of the people who have given us estimates of explaining the work he recommended doing, and explaining why it was necessary. He also gave a very detailed bid, and has been very responsive to all of my questions. He has made me feel much more comfortable about the electrical parts of our project.

New fixtures: Installed ceiling fans, a new doorbell, and a bunch of new lighting fixtures. All required new wiring, but are working very well. There was a slight hiccup with the new smart doorbell.

Grounding, GFCI etc.: Serge improved much of the electrical infrastructure in the home, as well as adding new wiring for a bunch of additional outlets and ethernet.

Other: A new electrical panel was set up, ready for solar, along with a new mast. Everything is very nicely labeled, making it much easier for us and other contractors to use the panel.

Quality work and good customer service highly recommended.

Blue Moon Electrical is a fantastic company! They were incredibly responsive and helpful when I called them with an electrical issue in my home. The electrician who came to my house was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it, and even took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. I was really impressed with the level of service I received from this company, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of electrical repairs.

We called more than 8 HVAC contractors in the Bay Area for a split A/C installation. All of them came, did all the measurements and inspection, in the end, they gave us a ducted estimate. Yes, every single one tried to convince us to go ducted since the house has existing vents they can use. My husband and I turned their advice down. We want the ductless A/C because of the options it gives us. We can turn on and off any unit in any room that is not being used.

I probably Googled HVAC contractors often, so when Facebook recommended the Mitsubishi split A/C system (The Age of Surveillance Capitalism book by Zuboff), I clicked on the advertisement. Mitsubishi sent us three contractors; one did not estimate, the other one gave us ducted price. The third one, FUSE HVAC Refrigeration and Electrical, wowed us from the very beginning.

Peter did the usual inspection and gave us a comprehensive ductless estimate. Kate, the scheduler, was very responsive and always on top of the schedule notification. David and Tilek worked very hard to install four units plus a condenser during the San Jose heat. David worked in the attic and clean after they are done. Tilek, on the other hand, is probably the BEST installer a homeowner can ever ask for. He is funny, very systematic, and thorough. He answers every single question my engineer husband asks. He knows his craft very well.

We are very happy with the end result and highly recommend this company.

I made a mistake hiring Paul to do several electrical projects in our home. Half his work had to be redone by a different professional. When we tried to ask him to fix his work he was unprofessional and belligerent. Be very cautious with this one!

Wanyed to enlist their services, so I called the number painted on the side of service truck, found it was Disconected and No Longer In Service... if the company cannot even keep up with their own phone number how will they be able to service my house and more importantly how can I call them back in the year if they're not available
