The work was done well. The person that wrote the bad review is wrong because they are electricians not decorators. I had an backup generator installed, new electrical panels, a trench to bring 400 amps to the house and every visit they past city inspections. Thank you

I called LA Electrician to install my car charger for my Tesla since I could not figure out what to do, He answered my call in seconds and came the same day, he installed it quick and showed me how to use it he did it for a reasonable price. Had them come out to install a Ring and thermostat. They charged me to put on the thermostat for $85 but failed to get it to work. I had to have a Heating & Air company come out & all Albert failed to do was hook up the proper wires. Never use them. Very dishonest. And Albert would never answer any of my calls after the installation.

This is a very reliable contractor. If you want you job done right the first time, call Howard Electric.

I had a problem with a tripping breaker, they send me electrician Paul. He arrived in about 2 hours after a call as operator is promised. He was able to fix it right away. David was VERY responsive to my inquiry via Yelp for a porch light fixture installation that potentially included an issue with the existing wall switch. He was able to send his technician, Gabe, out the same day and within the one-hour window he promised. Gabe was very professional, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had to go up into the attic crawlspace to see what wiring had been done years ago that was affecting the existing switch and fixture. He offered two solutions (much appreciated) and I chose to go with the simpler, straighforward approach. After a quick run to Home Depot to get a necessary part, my outdated fixture was gone and the new porch fixture was up and working. So glad I called Primo Electric instead of attempting to do this myself. I will definitely call them for any future electrical work needed.

I thought this is an electric company with their own licensed electricians, but they outsourced all my jobs to other people. So it is unclear that do they even have licenses or not. Since this is just a referral company, I think I got charged more for the fee that incurred in the process. I even paid $79 membership fee for their service calls. But then it's more money to them for them to sell my jobs to other people. Instead of getting free quotes from others, now I got charged with large bills for small jobs.

I called Alex to install several ceiling lights and change power supply cables and sockets to a different place. It seemed to me that this kind of work will be very hard, messy and time consuming since the part of the work was requiring to work in a crawling space, but Alex did his work very professionally, easy and quick!
