Within 30 minutes I received a call from David, and we did set up an appointment for a walk through. My initial contact was with Pablo who answered my numerous questions. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. On the appointment date, Santiago contacted me to verify details and asked if he could come by earlier. That was fine with me. It took about an hour for him to mount two TVs- a 65” and a 55”. Santiago was a pleasure to deal with and I really enjoyed our interaction. I am very happy with the work he did and will definitely use AV Wired again if the need arises.

We hired Edison Home Improvement for major renovations to our home including creating a master suite, remodeling the kitchen, and adding a laundry room and second bath. From the beginning of the process they were extremely responsive, getting me an accurate quote quickly and following up often. Our project manager, Dotan, listened to my ideas and made helpful suggestions based on what was realistic within our budget and the scope of work. We were not living in the home during the remodel and we had a new baby, so we were unable to be present while most of the work was completed. Dotan always kept me informed and answered all of my questions. We felt like we could trust him and the other contractors completely. Edison took care of all of the planning and permitting required to ensure that our remodel was done correctly and to code. Dotan also had suggestions for where to buy tile and fixtures with a discount. We are extremely pleased with the careful work that was completed in our home and will be using Edison for other improvement projects in the future.

I’ve lived in a condo for over six years where I inherited an old chandelier that never worked. A couple of electricians told me over the years it was dead and needed to be replaced it, but the cost was not worth the effort. Now that I wanted to do something about it, I had gotten what I felt were overpriced quotes from companies with perfect reviews who hadn’t even looked at the chandelier.Robert from Electrical Insight came over and was friendly yet professional. He mentioned the upfront diagnostic cost of ~$250 before deciding what needed to be done with the chandelier. He enthusiastically got to work, fixed the issue with the switch and with the wiring somewhere up the chain. $250. He also cleaned after he was done.I don’t write reviews often, but that’s how service should be.
