Tarhea did an amazing job. Very quick, efficient, and understanding. :)

My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T USE.

Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

Called in the am , problem was fixed before 4pm. Rafael is the one that came out to help with a main line clog and he was very nice and helpful would definitely call on Roto Rooter again If I come across any other plumbing problems. Took less than an hour to fix & Rafael made sure it was fixed ! Very reasonable pricing as well

I would give this company zero stars if I could Bertha is extremely unprofessional.

There just the best

Jesse Galarza fixed my shower and was fantastic--very competent and knowledgable and super nice. Highly recommended.

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. We booked ahead of time, confirmed the morning of, arranged for someone to be there for a 3 hour window of time, and made sure hey had the right number to call when on the way.
Instead however, they did not call ahead. Plumber showed up 40 minutes early, no one was there as they were expecting them later, plumber did not wait for a return call but left and refused to return. Dispatch notified, said they'd call back but. never did. Subsequent calls just rang and rang never went anywhere (blocked my number?). Very unprofessional.

They came on time.

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.
