Lance did an amazing job on our house. He basically had to replace all of our pipes- they were old galvanized steel and were terribly rusted. He did a top-notch job at a fair price. He also installed a whole house water filter system for us. Lance was great with our dogs and son and was always courteous and had great communication- he took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. If you want things done right call Lance.

Lance has helped me out several times, most recently when he dropped what he was doing on a Friday evening and went out to clean up a particularly nasty sewer backup and one of my rental properties. Prompt, knowledgeable and at a very competitive price, it's nice to be able to rely on Lance to take care of things with a single call or text.

Lance at Personal Plumbing was friendly, professional, and did excellent work. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing, took time to explain what my issue was so I could understand it, offered a couple of solutions at different price points, and left our kitchen spotless. It's clear Lance and the company take pride in their work and in their business. I hope I don't need a plumber again soon, but if I do - I'll definitely call Personal Plumbing.

We called Lance on a Saturday afternoon because a pipe was pouring out water into our basement. He came right away, and, not only did he take care of the problem quickly and efficiently, he taught us how to prevent the problem in the future. He couldn't have been nicer! I highly recommend his expertise!

Had Lance come and clean out my root clogged sewer pipes. Did an excellent job and left entry area clean as a whistle. We are planning on having him roto the sewer pipes once a year.

I work at a Lowes store off Colfax and Kipling and the Personal Plumbing rep was in today. Im not sure how this company could send someone so rude into my store, lets hope the same person does not come to your home.
