We needed a new water heater. Miguel, then found the floor needed to be replaced. It was repaired very nicely. Very pleased with the work. Will use him again.

I run a few small clinics and yoga/meditation studio in North Austin. We needed to get a Main Water Shut Off Valve and PRV installed. I called 5 different plumbers to get bids. Torres Plumbing was one of them. Miguel came out, assessed the situation and then sent his guys to do a little more investigating to see what the job all entailed, and to advise us of any potential issues that could arise. His bid was very affordable and I felt completely comfortable that he is/was knowledgeable in his field, and we would be taken care of. His commitment and professionalism with regards to our wants and needs was spot on! In my opinion, Miguel went above and beyond and we will definitely be using him again for commercial AND residential purposes! I appreciate his work ethics and integrity in getting the job done quickly and correctly!

Had a water leak that was causing my lawn to sink! I contacted Mr. Torres and he came out the same day to inspect and come up with a plan to resolve the issue. Although the job was much bigger than either one of us had wanted, Mr. Torres, his son, and his crew worked promptly to resolve the leak. I definitely will use Torres Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them!

We make an appointment Monday morning, I'm posting this review on friday evening.The owner apologized 2 different times saying he will have someone the next day, 4 days in arow, no one showed up.Running a remodeling company, I looked like a liar to my clients for the lack of professionalism.I understand they cannot make it or weren't interested.I respect thatBut telling me they will do it and make me lose the entire week. That is not cool.Making me look like a liar and screwing my schedule.People like this is the ones that give construction a bad name

The best plumbing service I have ever used. My water heater needed replacing after 7 years. Miguel and this crew were so wonderful to work with. They were friendly and honest.

Miguel came out on a Saturday night to look at my hot water heater and by Sunday he had it replaced and told me about how to drain it to extend its life.
He’s a good man and even gave me a discount for being a Veteran. Thanks Miguel

Professional and convenient

Miguel, the owner, did an exceptional job of replacing a water heater in a confined attic space. The attic access was through pull-down stairs, which had to be removed due to width of the new water heater. After completion of the installation, Miguel coordinated the necessary carpentry work to ensure the pull-down stairs were reinstalled properly. I would hire him again in the future without hesitation.
