Croff Electric

The gentleman said he would me in 2 hrs. That was 0906 am. At 1230 hrs, I called and got no response. I was in the construction trade for 28+ years. Over half we're at a supervisory position. When you tell someone that you will contact them, it is good business to communicate with them. I don't know the quality of his work as I didn't use him.

Croff Electric has completed multiple projects at our new home. Communication, quality of work and timeliness are all outstanding. Jeremy identified and corrected an error made with a previous ceiling fan installation that would have likely resulted in damage, if not injury. If my mother’s home ever needs electrical work done, I will ask for Croff Electric’s assistance. Highly recommend.

It was the Christmas holiday I needed two things done. Mr Croft came the day I called he was on time. Stayed until he accomplished all I requested in a courteously and efficient manner. His price was excellent. I was happy with the outcome and Croft. If I need other work I will call upon him.

I had Croff Electric come out to install an air vent and range hood that I bought from Home Depot. The job was tougher than it originally appeared, causing them to have to go up into the attic on a very hot day. They got the job done without complaint and for the price we had agreed upon, even though it was a tougher job than anticipated. I would highly recommend them.

Fairly recently I had Croff Electric take a look at my landscape lights to see why they were not working even after I had replaced the transformer. The problem was traced to an old underground wire splice that had broken and repaired. These lights have worked perfectly since and Croff Electric was very reasonable in what I was charged. An outstanding experience.

Jeremy is top-notch. His responsiveness, attention to detail, trustworthiness, and clear communication are hard to come by these days. He fixed electrical issues at our house and completed many other handyman tasks with skill and high quality. Highly recommend.

The team was extremely professional and friendly, on time, and worked all day until work was completed. There where a couple of things that came up to refix - which they came and fixed right away.

I needed help troubleshooting a ceiling light that was getting half the voltage it should. I called and spoke with Jeremy. I’ve never worked with him previously so I assumed we’d set a service appointment for him to come and work on the issue. Jeremy asked a lot of questions and suggested I check a few things I hadn’t looked at. He said if those suggestions didn’t work to call him back for an appointment. I tried things he suggested and ended up fixing the issue on my own. So, Jeremy didn’t know me, spent time with me on the phone and helped me fix the problem myself for free. They don’t make many people like Jeremy anymore. I will certainly use Jeremy if I need an electrician in the future. Thank you Jeremy!
