They were upfront & honest that I might have additional cost for customization since the opening for my double-oven might not be exact. It wasn't & they completed installation in a timely manner. Only one snaffoo with a trim piece not being installed on day of. But they did come back out and added it on later. Lost one star cuz it took a month and a half to come back but they did complete it.
Overall satisfied & it looks great.

I needed an over the range microwave replaces and DeMarco was quick to respond and made it easy to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was quick and professional when he arrived and made sure I was happy with his work before leaving. I will definitely be using C&M again in the future.

I’ve hired C&M to install a new dishwasher and dryer. Both times they were very professional and quick. They even hauled the dryer up to the 3rd floor of my house, which was very helpful. I’ll definitely hire them in the future!

Ray and his son came out for a service appointment to give me some suggestion(s) on repairing/replacing my exhaust fan. He promised to have recommendations for my situation on 5 different occasions. Each time he did not call when promised. When I called after the deadline passed, I was told I was being 'too pushy'. Not sure how I was being pushy since each time we spoke he was the one committing to a date and time. He provides install services for Universal Electric, Meyer, Home Depot and many of the other appliance shops in the area. I don't usually post negative reviews, but this contractor is completely dishonest and useless in his follow through. DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY from this contractor.

BEWARE - Ray installed a wall oven, but left with one of the optional pieces in the oven kit (the stainless steel trim). I called him when I noticed it was missing and he promised to return it Monday. Monday came and went and when I contacted him again he said next Monday - again did not return the trim so he said Wednesday which he also missed. Then he told me he had a death in his family so I asked him to mail it back to me - never received it. Over a month later still not returned so, I had to let him know I will be filing a police report for stolen property. If that wasn't enough, he also did a minimal job of installing the wall oven and charged me more than the price he quoted over the phone. Probably best to find another company.

They replaced my over the stove top fan. Great job! Will definitely go with them again.
