We spent thousands on cabinetry upgrades from Woodcase in our new home. Firstly, they were installed with a lot of imperfections that I found unacceptable but were considered too small to do anything about. I found lots of small nicks and scratches and even places that had been rather poorly touched up after we moved in. I guess they just don’t have a high standard of excellence in their work. Secondly, when our cabinets were damaged by an appliance repair person and we requested they do the repair so that our brand new cabinets could be replaced with the same product so that they would match the rest of the brand new cabinets in our brand new kitchen, this company was beyond unhelpful. Our builder proposed solutions to resolve the matter, and they would not agree to any of them. I proposed a variety of solutions, and they simply would not help. So in a brand new kitchen, there is no way to have my cabinets match. I was not asking for them to replace the cabinetry at no charge as obviously this is not a warranty issue. I was fully prepared to have the insurance claim cover the cost of any repairs or replacements, but they simply would not help. Our initial contact with a customer service representative was fine, but her hands were tied because the owners of the company simply refused to help with our problem. I spoke with the owners and they clearly could not be bothered to even consider a solution. I understand it was a non-standard request, but I expected that right after spending the amount we did on upgraded cabinetry, they would at least be willing to sell me a replacement unit so that I could have a willing cabinetry company install it. None of the companies I have spoken to about repairing our cabinets can believe the poor response from Woodcase. Finally, we are a couple without children and are very, very careful with our home furnishings and still I am unimpressed with how the cabinets are wearing in just the 9 months of owning our home. It’s unfortunate that our builder chose to work with this company and I know they have also been disappointed with their willingness to assist in our repair. If your home is being built in a community by a production builder, you won’t have a choice as to who builds your cabinets. But if you are building custom, please find a better company.

Horrible experience with Woodcase. I mean, seriously, we didn’t even get handles or drawer pulls until a few months after the cabinet were installed. We had the worst time even getting them to tell us what paint to purchase on our own for touchups. And why are so many of their employees writing five star reviews for them, when nobody else is? ?

If you are looking for terrible quality and even worse customer service you have found the right place for you! I have had multiple drawers fall /glides come undone from boxes over the years. As I told them I am happy to pay - just looking for a repair/service call to fix the issue. They refuse. First they tell you we have to go through builder. So we did that. They still refuse to help. As it turns out (it seems) since our builder doesn’t use them anymore because of all of the issues - they refuse to service the end customer. I even said I would do it myself - just need the part. They also refuse. What great service! So if you use them - be prepared to be on your own island when they fall apart…which they will. Our entire community of 50 homes have been complaining for years about how bad the quality. The icing on the cake is the the refusal to help when their is an issue! . There is a reason there are so many bad reviews here…and on yelp! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

This is not a fine cabinet. Obviously, it particle board. Secondly the installation was extremely poor. (Note drilling error). Both lead to the drawer failure. A very nice receptionist explained to me that they do not sell retail- so I could not buy a replacement drawer - which is absurd. It is standard drawer and obviously massed produced. I also noted that the her speech was too well practiced- she gets a lot of practice- answer for everything. My experience was extremely poor. No customer service. Avoids responsibility.

We ordered our custom cabinets from Woodcase and could not have been happier. The cabinets are high quality and they look beautiful in our home. The cabinets arrived in a timely manner as promised. The staff was all very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!

Woodcase was wonderful to work with at every stage of the process. They took the time to help me select the perfect cabinets for my home, manufactured and installed them in the time they promised and left my home clean on the day of install. The cabinets are just perfect and are of a much higher quality of anything I compared them to at the big box stores and other manufacturers. Thank you Woodcase!

We have a house full of woodcase cabinets and the quality is acceptable. I would not recommend them because you cannot buy additional or replacement cabinets. Their minimum purchase is $5,000 and they only do finished jobs where they do the installation. So if you need a replacement or additional cabinet they cannot help. If you are doing a one time remodel or install they are fine but be aware of their policy on upgrades and replacements.

Buyer Beware! We worked diligently with this company to purchase cabinets for out remodel project. After two visits with them to discuss details and refine the scope we were getting the hard sell... we were made to feel like we were wasting their time and we were pressed to sign a contract and write them a 50% deposit check. We signed and were told we would have a sample in a few weeks and delivery would be in about 9 weeks. Five weeks after they cashed our deposit check we still hadn't seen the sample door; however, instead received a phone call and were told they were cancelling our order. No reasonable explanation was provided, just several vaguely stated excuses. Four weeks from delivery and we are starting over. At least we got our money back... This company showed a consummate lack of professional ethics and customer service. Buyer Beware!

Woodcase Fine Cabinetry built our cabinets for our kitchen, 3 baths and two hallways. Their service was impeccable with consistent follow through. The design for our kitchen was innovative and timeless. We constantly get family and friends commenting positively on the beauty of all of the cabinets. Thank you Woodcase for adding years of beauty to our home!

We built a semi custom home so Woodcase wasn’t our choice but rather the company the builder used. After we moved in we hired them to add cabinets, they took forever, changed salespeople, took forever to install and left off details like hardware and counter tops. The cabinets are fine but the quality of customer service is typical Arizona which we are finding is nonexistent

Awful. They claim to be in the custom cabinet business, but by the way they conduct business, you would think they just started their business. They do not seem to have any concept of customer service or custom cabinets.

We recently had them install custom cabinets and shelving in our home. We chose 2 different colors. We did an initial walk through and notes were taken or so we thought. We have had innumerable set backs.
1. We were quoted beginning of September but installation did not occur until mid-October.
2. They ordered the wrong colors for each room. When we pointed out the mistake, they stated that it would cost us to change it - so basically they were going to charge us to fix their mistake. There was also no acknowledgment nor apology for their error.
3. They then scheduled an installation on a Friday. The installation was supposed to take one day but ended up taking longer than expected. You would think that a custom cabinet company would know how long an installation should take.
4. They then left building materials all over the house over the weekend.
5. They were scheduled to return at 7 am on Monday and did not show up until 8:15. We would have appreciated the extra sleep.
6. They damaged paint on the walls.
7. The wrong type of glass was ordered for our cabinets which means another delay.

I will admit that the end product is aesthetically pleasing. But I would not use this company because they are unprofessional and their customer service is horrible.

They have terrible customer seevice and don't stand behind their warranty or keep their word. Their cabinets are very cheaply made. They don't replace damaged cabinets, they just cover up the damages and that does not last. Lots of cabinets in our home were damaged and they would not replace. Terrible company.

We used Woodcase for our Kitchen remodel 7 years ago. Their workmanship and quality of materials are the best in the industry. We haven't had one issue since install. That being said, we just had them do our master bath. AMAZING!!! We gave them a couple ideas from pictures we found, they created the design and custom stain to get the exact look we were going for. They are truly a custom shop with affordable prices.

I would recommend Woodcase Fine Cabinets for any kitchen or bathroom cabinetry design project. As an interior designer building my new home the cabinetry for my kitchen, laundry room and master bathroom had to be made of special finishes and not standard sizes. Their craftsmanship of cabinet box construction and finish work is beautiful. Woodcase helped with the sizing of the cabinet hardware using knobs and pulls from the Jazz and Riffs Hardware Collection . The look is contemporary adobe – stunning! Bravo Woodcase!

They never answer their phones, Don't return calls and don't stand behind their warranty. Their cabinets are cheaply made. They don't replace damage cabinets, they just cover up the damage with wax sticks.
I would never recommend this company. Just an awful company.
Buy cabinets from Home Depot or Lowe's, they stand behind their products.

While I think this company makes good quality cabinets, they are really difficult to work with if you need an alteration. Because I use a wheelchair, I need a kitchen sink cabinet that has space for my knees under the sink. It seemed like the company had never had experience in building an adaptive cabinet of this type. When I explained explicitly what I needed, they wanted to charge what I consider to be an exorbitant price to build it. That seems like a subtle form of discrimination to me-- I actually wanted less cabinet, and they wanted to charge me more than twice as much for it. Same deal for the bathroom sink cabinet.
