Absolutely terrible. Worst maintenance service I've ever dealt with. Work orders are put in and not a word for months. Multiple times. Constantly blames his shortcomings on the owner of our property not paying him and owing him thousands of dollars....I highly doubt that someone who lives outside the country that has rental properties internationally is hurting for money. He makes promises that he never keeps. My property management company is constantly getting complaints about his company and never communicating with the renters. He will show up randomly then say he's coming and never show up.

Joe showed up on time and did a great job installing a dog door. They quoted me by the project, not hour and stayed true to the quoted price. I paid over the phone and was emailed a receipt. Good experience overall.

horrible service. and the guy was drunk when he showed up. sent him off the job. will never use again. and will never refer to friend or family.
