WONDERFUL, Olympic Hardwood Flooring is simply wonderful!!
I had lived with my dated, glued down, engineered wood floors for 10+ years and had hated them from the day I purchased my house. When I finally decided to replace them, I took my time, shopped around, selected a couple of hardwood flooring options, interviewed a few different installers and got bids to do the work. Then I went to Olympic Hardwood Flooring’s showroom and I knew I was in the right place and had hit the lottery.
I first met Kelly, she is terrific, lovely, kind and was helpful and patient as I looked at all of their flooring options, and they have A LOT to choose from. Rafal helped narrow down my selections and let me take samples home. Once I made my decision, Rafal presented an estimate to complete the job that was both competitive and detailed. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns before I gave him my deposit to begin the project. Rafal and Kelly kept me informed of ordering, delivery and installation dates and adhered to the schedule throughout the entire project.
I was blessed to have Buddha install my flooring, he was absolutely fantastic. His work is impeccable, flawless and detailed; he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was an absolute pleasure to work with. In the span of six days, he removed and replaced the hardwood flooring in the living room and removed old carpet in the primary and guest bedrooms and replaced it with the same oak flooring. Even when unexpected, extra floor prep work was required the work was still completed on time, per the schedule and within budget.
To say I am thrilled with the outcome is an understatement…I’m ecstatic!! My house has been transformed into a home. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded anything I could have ever hoped for. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Olympic Hardwood Flooring, everyone there is terrific and it was the best decision I ever made!!

I had Olympic remove a glued down wood floor and replace with a wide plank French oak engineered wood floor. They did an outstanding job - the floor is absolutely beautiful! They were timely, neat, thorough and payed great attention to detail and did a wonderful job. I got estimates from several top flooring companies in the valley and Olympic's estimate was the most detailed and very reasonable compared to all others. I was ready to install hardwood in the bedrooms of my home and needed to match the existing flooring in the hall and living room. I searched for companies carrying that floor and was lucky to find Olympic Hardwood. After reading reviews, I called. Rafal answered my call on a Wednesday, and we discussed the job. That Friday he came by to check the color match of a sample box of flooring and take measurements. I got lucky again; the color matched perfectly. I had a quote that evening and they started work the following Monday, since they had a few days between jobs. Leo and Chris were 100% professional and polite, and their work is beautifully precise. Rafal stopped by daily to check progress and did a walk through after the job was done. The floor looks so beautiful, I didn't want to put the furniture back! And bonus: no more nasty, dust-attracting, allergy-irritating, dog hair collecting, beige carpet. Rafal and the folks at Olympic are trustworthy, thorough, professional, and polite, and I highly recommend them!

Olympic Hardwood Flooring just finished about 2 thousand square feet of French oak at our home and we could not be happier. Raphael the owner expertly guided us through our choices then his install crew lead by Eric did the most outstanding job we could have hoped for. Top to bottom professionals that land at the top of the list. Don’t hesitate to hire these guys.

I manage properties and deal with venders every week. This was a job for my own residence and I’m only taking my time out of my busy day to review them because they were THAT impressive. The words I’d use to describe them are honest, quality and strong integrity. I was blown away by their customer service, craftsmanship and their honesty. We had our flooring installed in October and with six kids and now a dog, we still don’t have a single scratch- I had expected slight ones by now. We had a contractor come over and tell us we had beautiful wood flooring (it’s luxury vinyl, but even he couldn’t tell). My only regret after now seeing how durable this stuff is—is not doing the entire house in it. Five stars all across the board!! You won’t regret going with these guys!

We were so lucky to find and use Olympic Hardwood Flooring for our hardwood floors! Rafal was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We didn't really know what kind of hardwood we wanted. Rafal met us at his shop and showed us all kinds of samples. He was great about explaining the different types of hardwood. Rafal was always so willing to meet us anytime that would fit into our schedules. Rafal let us take home several samples and even came for a home visit so that he could tell us what he thought would look best. I am so thankful that he did because we ended up purchasing a different flooring than we originally picked. I highly recommend Olympic Hardwood Flooring! Not only did his prices beat the larger companies, his customer services is exceptional! You will not be disappointed!

I am so happy I stumbled across Olympic Hardwoods in my search for the perfect wood flooring. Rafal was beyond helpful. We are from Yuma and even made the trip to meet him in Phoenix to go over our options. He took care of the delivery to Yuma and even arranged for a professional installer to come to us and have it installed. Rafal is so knowledgeable about the products and went above and beyond our expectations. His price was also better than any I found local. I would recommend Olympic Hardwoods highly!!

We recently worked with Olympic Hardwood Flooring to have new hardwood flooring installed in our home. Rafel and Michaela were wonderful to work with. The selection of flooring was very good. The prices were reasonable and the installation went beautifully.

We were referred to Rafael and Olympic Hardwood Flooring from Jack King at AZHomeFloors when they were going to do a dustless saltillo tile removal at our home (Brilliant! See my review on them soon). Rafael took a lot of time to work with us over many months while we made the decision on what LVP flooring we wanted to install. And rather than just float the flooring he suggested we glue it down...and I'm glad we did!

Their work is second to none, pricing is very fair and all the people involved were fantastic to work with. We are thrilled to have gone from ugly saltillo tile with 1 thick cement grout to a modern rustic looking home straight out of a luxury home magazine. Their fit and finish work is tremendous and it was done in a very timely fashion.

A lot of times workers can make you feel uncomfortable when they come into your home, and we have 5 indoor cats. They treated us and the cats with the utmost respect and care and we felt so comfortable that after a few days we ended up leaving the house to shop while they did their work. You can't beat that kind of trust.

Rafael is a rare breed in this business and I cannot recommend him or his team any higher. You'd be crazy not to hire them to do your floors!

Rafal and his team are top notch and do meticulous work with quality products at reasonable rates. I would highly recommend them after completing an 1800 sq. Ft job this December. My new floor looks beautiful!!!!

Olympic Hardwood is awesome! Tile is ok, but doesn't increase your homes value! Hardwood flooring all the way...
