After receiving multiple proposals from other vendors, we chose Tim and Carol at Just Gates. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality was exceptional. The entire process was excellent. All work was clearly proposed and executed flawlessly. Tim and Carol are an absolute pleasure to chat with. Our project consisted of three, man gates and an 18-foot rolling driveway gate. We could not be happier with the results. All the gates are architecturally very modern and stylish. One of the man gates followed a block wall at an angle. Which turned out awesome. Our entire property snapped together perfectly with the help of Just Gates. We highly recommend Just Gates!

What a great experience! My gates are beautiful. I ordered three gates, and by far, the two in the front are my favorite. The quality is good and solid and the price is right. These are custom fabricated and look it. Remember, quality and workmanship take time, but is so worth the wait. And Tim and his wife could not be sweeter.

We used Tim and Carol at our last house and when we needed more work we knew they were the best for the job. I love that the gates are custom to fit in the spots we need, to open the way we want, with the hardware we want. They were on target with timeline, cost, and were very flexible with our changes along the way.

The gate installation went much quicker than expected and turned out beautiful. I will definitely be using Just Gates for future projects and recommend them to others.

Stellar customer service! Tim is a craftsman who takes great pride is his work. He refurbished 3 small gates and 1 large RV gate, and now they look beautiful and work better than before. He was meticulous, focused, his worksite was spotless. It is really hard to find this kind of quality work and customer service these day, we recommend Just Gates without hesitation.

This review is long overdue. Just Gates built and installed a (single) pedestrian gate and a (double) vehicle gate at home over a year ago. Carol and Tim were easy to work with. Not only was their product a good value, but they were also very responsive. My wife and I have not had good experiences with contractors and home improvement providers here in Arizona. Just Gates was one of the few positive experiences we've had. If we need gates in the future, we will call Carol and Tim.

I was recommended to Just Gates by a friend. Scheduled my estimate appointment but had to book a full month due to their availability. I figured that good things come to those who wait. So glad I did! Just Gates really took care of us! Our new gates are beautiful and sturdy! I had a very flimsy block wall that had to be repaired before the gate installation. I repaired it without consideration of my old gate and suddenly found myself gate-less. Just Gates installed a full three weeks early after they found out about my error. They were so kind! Also installed a small feature at no extra charge because they thought it would be more functional for me. Great people! Highly recommend.

Tim at Just Gates did a phenomenal job on our new 12 foot RV Gate. The workmanship and materials are supreme and Carol did an awesome job of scheduling. Just Gates definitely has our service again, and I would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend working with Tim and Carol for your RV gate needs. They constructed a 14' wide RV gate (with a 70/30 split) so that I can open the small gate to move my trashcans out to the front yard on trash days and open up both when parking my trailer. They were professional, competitively priced, and took great care constructing and installing the gate!

Sad to say that my patience ran out before I was able to see the quality of their work as it sounds like they’re very good at what they do from what I see from other reviewers posts. But waiting almost a month just for them to come out and measure and then being told I would have a bid on a certain day and then upon asking Carol if it was ready on that day she told me not yet, maybe tomorrow. Just not into being treated like a second class customer. I understand they’re busy but their customer service skills are really lacking.

Just Gates did an amazing job on our RV gate. The workmanship was excellent and I feel the price was fair. This gate was a huge upgrade from my old gate and really adds to the curb appeal.

So i asked this company to come out to give me a quote, we scheduled it up for a Sunday that I would not be available, they said np, then they came on Sat and seemed surprised that I was home, after about 3 go rounds w/ Carol who seemed upset I was home, they quoted me a descent price for my RV gate installation. They said they would mail me a quote and that was close to a week ago. I'm not sure what the issue was with these folks but they seemed a little wishey-washey.
