Dishonest online vendor and terrible service. I ordered sprinkler system parts listed as in stock for repairs that were time sensitive. When I didn't receive any shipping notification several days later, I emailed them. I was advised that my order shipped that day and I would receive a tracking number shortly. After not receiving a tracking number, I contacted them again. They provided a tracking number which showed the order still had not shipped. As it would now not arrive in time, I instructed them to cancel the order if, in fact, it had not shipped. That email was ignored and four days later they shipped the order. After sending another communication to them, I was advised that I could mark the package return to sender and they would issue a refund. It has now been several weeks since the package was returned to sender and despite promises to refund and check on the status, they do not respond or follow-up as promised. I will now be forced to dispute the purchase with my credit card issuer. This company has not been honest in their business dealings with me and simply cannot be trusted.

Edited 6/11/2022: Ewing Irrigation contacted me after reading this review. They apologized for the problems I experienced and arranged for the previously promised refund which has now posted back on my credit card. I appreciate their attention, albeit late, to this and have revised my rating from one star to three stars.
