We had a great experience back in 2017 with designing and supplying J&K cabinets in our kitchen. They did a great job putting the cabinets together and supplying the right hardware for us to have everything installed. Bonnie even came out to deliver the touch up paint we forgot to grab!

This was the worst experience, ordered new cabinets for a remodel in our bathroom, after numerous attempts to reach Dale, they arrived, and they were the wrong cabinets, the countertop was read to be installed, so Dale said he would replace the drawers and doors w/ the correct ones, they arrived after a wait, a different shade of stain, but close enough and we had waited too long. After the installation, when the horizontal handles were attached, the cabinet drawers were not level, so they slant, can't believe the incompetence of this company.

I have contacted this company several times. Thought they were going to help and now its been 3 weeks since my first contact. Spoke to Bonnie several times and now she has referred me to Dale which I have not gotten any response from. Very disappointing

Terrible service. Won't return phone calls, say they ordered something and never did. Delayed our project by over a month.
