My Technician from Sunshine Plumbing & Rooter who was an excellent representative for this company. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful and someone who I felt comfortable having in my home to replace my water heater. The response time from my initial call was prompt and he gave me an assessment of the price and time required to install the new water heater. When I first called to set up an appointment Sunshine Plumbing & Rooter owner was professional and informative and told me exactly what to expect at the appointment he set up for the following day. The installer was fantastic! He called prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the exact time he was scheduled to. He took great care explaining everything that was required for the installation, gave me a time frame and went to work. Her was personable and professional and did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one and cleaned up as well. All in all they did a great job.

I was a bit grumpy about having to replace our water heater since we are moving soon, but my technician from Sunshine Plumbing & Rooter was amazing. From the moment he got here he was calm and professional. He walked me through every detail about what he was going to replace. He was clear and thoughtful when I asked questions. I got an immediate appointment. The technician came in the first 2 hours of the 4 hour window (and called first), explained everything to me and installed the water heater in less than the estimated time. Sunshine plumbing went above and beyond in cleaning my drain. Service was prompt and friendly. As the technician was snaking the drain, he also surveyed my entire sink plumbing setup, made some improvements to the work I had done, and offered suggestions on specific care for my old plumbing. I was expecting someone to come, snake the drain and leave, but they really exceeded these expectations.
