Our electrical issues have included re-doing part of the electrical panel components to give us an improvement on the work done originally by the contractor (wish we had Randy back then!), as well as diagnosing several issues both inside and outside the house. This has included scheduling follow ups to bring the parts needed to complete the work - and the communication/coordination has been topnotch as well.
