When the machine quits midway thru and gives you an error, know they you will never get your money back! I called and after 20 minutes of run around and BS excuses why they cannot refund me my money I gave up on the 10 bucks. How much is $10 worth vs. a bunch of bad reviews let’s see

PS. If you need the info ( date, time, blood type) for a refund their kiosk should tell the customer what’s needed not just listing a phone number but it does not. The process is not designed for a refund, it’s designed to rip people off.

I without realizing it, had the movers pack the key to my hitch and needed it unlocked so it can get packed with our household goods. I called 2 locksmiths before contacting Leon Locksmith, both guys refused to come in timely. but leon locksmith agreed to come. provided very fast and awesome services. recommended!

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.
