Painting the walls are the numbers on it and I don't have to go back in

first the good, Carlos is easy to work with. He did a couple of extras for me, which I appreciated.
Now the bad, He asked me if I wanted white cabinets. I told him no! I do not like white cabinets. I gave him the exact color that I wanted, I picked out the color at the paint store. Now the job is completed & I have pure white cabinets in the kitchen & both bathrooms. I think he must have had white paint & just used what he had rather than what I wanted. He said the cabinets would be sanded, primed & painted. In less than a month the paint is already pealing off of the cabinets. I can see they did not sand or prime the cabinets. There are also several areas of trim where the paint is running. There were a few areas of drywall that needed patched. Those areas were patched very badly. Does not blend in to the walls at all, it looks awful.

Brian and his team were very professional, reasonably priced, and did an beautiful job. I had them paint my baseboards and doors as well as our kitchen cabinets. I would highly recommend their services!

I really needed to have the interior of my establishment repaired, so I thought I would try Noble Painting out. I was a bit skeptical, but with due time, I got nothing but professional assistance. They were very good at communicating how long the job would take for the water damage repair and interior painting. They consistently gave us updates of when the job would be completed. They abided by all the necessary codes for social distancing, and wore masks. I couldn't ask for a better, and more courteous company to assist us. In the future I will always recommend Noble Painting to anyone that is looking for immediate repairs, thank you!

I had decided to paint my kitchen cabinets rather than replacing them because the wood was old but very good. I wanted to take my dark stain to what I call shiny milk white. That’s not easy. And either is the extremely precise work of painting cabinets. But I now have a completely new cabinet set in my kitchen for about a third or less the price. Add in new handle hardware and it’s even better. Super quality of work and fair price. Also, their quality is matched by their professionalism. Their workers in the home are extremely qualified and respectful. Do not hesitate to call for an estimate.

Painting is very clean

We used this company to paint our entire house from top to bottom. When the owner/salesman came out to look at the house, it was as if he was appalled by the state our house was in. Didn't think that them coming out to give an estimate would include being looked down upon. Now our house wasn't Homes & Garden, but we aren't hoarders either. That was very off putting, but my Mom trusted them since they had done an okay job at her place. We were told what to clean before they came to do the job, so that is what we did. We were not sure why we were doing the prep work for THEM, considering how STEEP the quote was that we were given, considering our house is less than 1500 sq ft.

Fast forward to the 4 days they were here, we had to stay in a hotel at our expense while they did a lack luster job & sloppy service. They were told we were getting new floors, so they made an executive decision to not put anything down while painting the walls down stairs. There was a large border of white paint on the edges of the floor ALL through the downstairs area. They didn't bother to ask when we were getting new floors or if that was even okay to get paint on the floor. I'm not talking drips on the floor, I'm talking full on paint inches wide & thick. They took a roller and painted the baseboards and the floor simultaneously. They painted over dirt that was stuck on the walls, and hairs that came off their rollers/brushes so the walls look bumpy in places now. No texturing was included and with as MUCH as charged us, it definitely should have been. There was still paint showing thru the walls in the master bedroom along with paint drips everywhere throughout the whole house. Not to mention the mounds of dry wall that were scattered all throughout our living room, and a lovely drywall dust/film that saturated the entire downstairs area as well. And more... I wish I could include pictures to show the disarray of how our home was returned to us.

When we finally were able to come home, we inspected their handy work throughout the house & noticed all the errors. My Mom called the owner to ask him to come back out to show them all their mistakes so they could fix them. At first when he came over with one of his main guys, he was extremely condescending & aloof about our complaints. The owner finally admitted that they had missed things yet still treated us like we were being overly critical.

The main guy that came out & did a lot of the work argued with us about the floors being painted. He said that he was told we were getting new floors which HE interpreted that it was going to be replaced shortly after. That was not the case as well as he didn't even ask if that would be ok. He was never told a time period of when the new floors were going to be installed. We had to live with that mess for over a month. It caused allergies from the dust left behind (they claimed that they shop-vac'd, but there was much debris left behind.) that ruined my contacts in my eyes (found this it out an emergency eye appt I had to make) and had to put drops in them for 2 weeks and couldn't wear contacts til the new floors were installed. I didn't have a spare set of glasses or other contacts either. Not fun to be blind or have to run out & spend money on a pair of glasses just so I can see again! So now...OUR house looks beautiful with all the other renovations, MINUS the chunky baseboards and debris painted onto our walls permanently.
End result was they fixed the mistakes THEY THOUGHT were appropriate.

We were excited about having our house renovated, but they seriously took our joy away by hiring them at all. If you have a spotless house & don't care about being ripped off, then use them...If not, go elsewhere!

They never returned to repair a job, messed up by them. They didn’t return calls, I told them I didn’t want them on my property, only wanted paint.
They are not a registered company,(ROC) and aren’t registered with BBB. I used this company 3Xs in 28 years, nice how they respond to a good customer.

Had this company paint a house and paid them for their work even though the had some punchlist items to take care of. I tried contacting for two weeks to lock in a date for them to finish the touch ups, but never responded to calls, texts, or voicemails. Finally, I had a friend call from a different number and they finally answered. Junior was annoyed I did this, but I had no other option. He finally scheduled to meet but never showed up.

Please save yourself the trouble and find another company.

Great work and great interpersonal skills

They have not yet lived up to what was agreed upon in our contract. I had my mothers Scottsdale home interior painted and once I inspected the property it was immediately obvious that corners were cut. We agreed on complete paint coverage of the walls but was left with streaks. Sloppy paint taping, trash and broken glass left behind, just an overall poor job. Have tried contacting Tom numerous times to no avail. At this point I would not recommend this company!!!
