We went in knowing what we wanted but we weren't sure we would find it. From the moment we walked on to the property we had a wonderful service from a very knowledgeable staff. The selection was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Upsell of unnecessary excessive floor preparation resulted in exuberant cost and deviated from original site visit discussion of anticipated work to be performed upon return. Waited 3weeks, upon arrival the bait and switch tactics became apparent. They went away rude and angry.
