After many difficulties with ordering colors/parts that were not actually available (design issues) and scheduling difficulties as well for installation, the company replaced some people with others who had a better work ethic. The project is now done to my satisfaction. The last two installers, Juan Zaragoza and Jeovanny Gomez, restored my faith in the company and did a fabulous job! Thanks to both of them!

We performed a master bath remodeling project. The bathroom was thirty years old and required a complete update. We met with Lon from ShowerandBath and I was immediately impressed with his attention to detail. He asked questions, worked with us, and was open to input and provided recommendations. He strived to satisfy our requests 100%. We had not performed a remodeling project of this scope so it was good to know that he was there to guide the project. He answered all our questions in detail. He would text and call to keep us informed of progress. Following completion of the project, I had requests to Lon regarding concerns.
