Best Flat Roof Installation in Phoenix AZ

After a storm we found several tiles missing. We spoke to TRM Roofing (Mr. Bryditzki) and scheduled a time for inspection. He recommended to rework the roof. They had to replace several planks that had already started to rot due to water damage. They saved me a lot of money and damage that could have happened if I would have decided to just replace the missing tiles. I now have a new roof and worry free. The crew did an excellent jod under the leadership of the on-site supervisor Victor. During the process Victor made himself available and gave me updates and explained the steps taken. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything as if they were never there, very clean. It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. Family company, used on 4 jobs, always top quality

To date we have had several major roofing projects for re-coating, extensive repairs and partial tear offs throughout our portfolio with C&N. Each project is well managed, communication is abundant including photo documentation and videos. Service for on-call repairs is prompt and easy to schedule. Storm damage repairs are speedy and the follow up has always been thorough.

My house was perfect

They came out and totally redone our patio roof it was good for the most part but it is very hard to get someone back out to fix a leak that we've been having we have a 5 year warranty and yet we cannot get Jose to come and fix the roof first time we try to call him he said he got into a car accident which we understood second time we called him he set up a time and we waited and it was a no-show third time did not even try to call or get back with us so all in all it's a hit or miss you choose

Steve and Laura were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They gave me the best pricing on my replacement, compared to 4 other estimates, and completed the work in the timeframe they told me. The crew cleaned up everyday and Steve made sure all the roof openings were covered to preventive birds and anything else from getting in. Laura is very nice to deal with and always responds quickly. We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
