We had such a great experience working with Glendale Roofing. Our new house was in pretty bad shape, and our roof sprung a significant leak overnight. They came out and explained everything that needed to be done in great detail, with multiple options. Thank you guys

They did a great job with our roof. Very professional and cleaned up well afterwards. We were very happy with the work. Also, their bid was very competitive with the 4 other bids we got. Randall (project manager) always responded to my phone calls or texts. Only issue was it took a little longer than expected as we had them install some sun tubes that were delayed at the distributor. Other than that, we would hire them again.

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!

Each project is well managed, communication is abundant including photo documentation and videos. Service for on-call repairs is prompt and easy to schedule. Storm damage repairs are speedy and the follow up has always been thorough.

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. We recommend this company to everyone who needs roof repairs. We recently sold our home and had to get some cracked tiles and a patio roof finished. Adriana was extremely responsive and great to work with. I had a lot of questions and requests like providing pictures after the work was complete etc... she was so good to us and got the proof we needed so we could complete the close on the sale of our home. Jose was quick and on time and he did an excellent job for a great price compared to other companies!

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
