I originally found this company via a quote request, and Arvin was one of the first to respond. He gave me his number to call him so he could learn more about my needs, and after explaining my situation, he was honest and told me that the work I needed could honestly be done without an electrician and he didn't want me to waste money having him come out. I was impressed, and he was right, he basically gave me a free consult and free solution and he wouldn't even accept my request to tip him for the time he spent with me on the phone (over an hour). We called power plus to get an estimate on a rewiring project using the latest cables for hardwired Internet connection. A electrician by the name of Andre arrived check the building out and spoke to us about requirements. We got the estimate and it was very reasonable compared the other company we called. This review is a bit overdue, but HandyLectric came through for me in a big way. We were having a new dishwasher installed, but when the machine's appliance team came to our home to remove our old one, they discovered it was hard-wired into the house and were unable to remove it without a more certified electrician. HandyLectric answered my phone call on a weekend and sent someone out first thing Monday morning. They were able to re-wire and cap the power from the old dishwasher inside of 2 hours. They were quick and more than happy to answer all the questions I had about the project. Reasonable price for the amount of time and effort as well. Will be using them again if I have any other issues in the future!

OMG I had 3 electricians over and this was the 4th one, They all said the same thing, It was loose wires and they had to trouble shoot every single socket and light switch and could not give me an estimate cause it could take forever. Gonza Electic came out, I told him the same thing as everyone else, he opened up the panel and saw right away why all the lights kept flickering over and over again. I won't say how he fixed it but they did not charge an arm and leg like everyone else waned to charge, even one guy came out and replaced a breaker and charge 150 for that. The problem still persisted but he wanted to charge 150 an hour. Gonza Electic was more than reasonable in their price.

We asked for a quote to fix a simple electric problem in our condo. They said they would send 2 techs out to take a look and charge $95/hour per tech, and charge for a minimum of 4 hours. $760 minimum to fix a light fixture? That's basically a scam.
