I thought this is an electric company with their own licensed electricians, but they outsourced all my jobs to other people. So it is unclear that do they even have licenses or not. Since this is just a referral company, I think I got charged more for the fee that incurred in the process. I even paid $79 membership fee for their service calls. But then it's more money to them for them to sell my jobs to other people. Instead of getting free quotes from others, now I got charged with large bills for small jobs.

I have used Alex' services for a few years now and have always been happy with his professionalism and friendly personality. His rates are quite reasonable too. A few months ago we moved to a new house and Alex was the one to call for the major electrical work that was needed as part of the remodeling. He and his partner completed everything to the highest standards. Next time I need an electrician, it will be Alex again.

I originally found this company via a quote request, and Arvin was one of the first to respond. He gave me his number to call him so he could learn more about my needs, and after explaining my situation, he was honest and told me that the work I needed could honestly be done without an electrician and he didn't want me to waste money having him come out. I was impressed, and he was right, he basically gave me a free consult and free solution and he wouldn't even accept my request to tip him for the time he spent with me on the phone (over an hour).
