This company has great response time and great customer service! I called them on a Friday for the light installation I needed at the dining area, and I got a quick communication. The electrician completed the service that day without any problem. This Electrical company understands the urgency of a family household without working lights. Willie does good, clean work, and his attention to detail is excellent. His labor pricing structure is competitive, and he was easy to communicate with. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the parts pricing. Now, I expect to pay a little up charge (20-30% say) when an electrician brings the parts. However, the 3 dimmers that I asked Willie to bring were marked up 160% (!) from what you could easily buy in 5 minutes from Amazon. For me that worked out to be a $120 difference! So, my advice is, use Willie, but buy any parts you need yourself.
