Blown off, called and set up an appointment. Explained the job was time sensitive, all the leg work was done. Good $$ job, DWP spot check in hand, new updated service with a 200amp panel board upgrade inside building. no brainer work. Called an hour before our appointment to cancel, said they would call me later in the day to reschedule...No call back. Lost a money maker of a job and any potential work down the road from us.

They were very responsive and willing to come help day of when our electricity shorted outside.

We called power plus to get an estimate on a rewiring project using the latest cables for hardwired Internet connection. A electrician by the name of Andre arrived check the building out and spoke to us about requirements. We got the estimate and it was very reasonable compared the other company we called. DO NOT work with them. They're a 3rd party and they are absolutely nuts. They also include an additional fee for being a third party so your $100 task will cost $500. They are also psychotic with their calling and membership. They have not left me alone for weeks

Raul has helped me with several home improvement projects. He has a remarkable ability to envision what could be, but in a way that suits the end-user. In my case, he helped completely transform my kitchen with new lighting and a creative paint job. I really thought he was luny thinking lighting would make such a difference. No pun intended but before-after is like night and day. He worked the same magic on my bathroom. Both spaces went from dull, outdated kurfludgery (a made up word that sounds like how those spaces felt :-P) to pleasant, attractive spaces that make me feel special just being there. Best value home make-over ever!

He is also very crafty with designing & building. He custom made a shelving system for my work operations that is so sturdy and neat-looking, everyone who sees it admires it. He also made a decorative wrought iron mirror frame that's the centerpiece of my foyer.

David was VERY responsive to my inquiry via Yelp for a porch light fixture installation that potentially included an issue with the existing wall switch. He was able to send his technician, Gabe, out the same day and within the one-hour window he promised. Gabe was very professional, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had to go up into the attic crawlspace to see what wiring had been done years ago that was affecting the existing switch and fixture. He offered two solutions (much appreciated) and I chose to go with the simpler, straighforward approach. After a quick run to Home Depot to get a necessary part, my outdated fixture was gone and the new porch fixture was up and working. So glad I called Primo Electric instead of attempting to do this myself. I will definitely call them for any future electrical work needed.
