I have used their services twice on a fixer upper house. The technician's have been professional and efficient. They also have a great office staff that communicates and follows up after the projects to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Top notch company!

We called Mr Sparky after our old panel caught fire. Robert was able to be there in just a few hours and quickly assessed that it was loose connections between the breaker and the bus bar that had caused the fire. He was able to replace the whole panel while he was there and was great at answering my questions while he worked. You could tell he cares about doing his job well. He was even willing to take a look at some of my appliances to confirm that they hadn't been damaged by the arcing and power fluctuations that had taken place when the old panel burned up.

I am glad that I went to work there i have learned a lot about electric since I went to work there . I really do appreciate them taking the time to teach me and the opportunity . Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

John repaired the outside meter box that had pulled away from the wall due to cable settling for me. John was knowledgeable, responsive, and handled all the AES/IPL interaction to assess the issue, determine a satisfactory solution, and day-of-repair disconnect/reconnect. I would use John again for any Electrician related need.

I highly recommend these guys. We had a tree come down in our back yard and it ripped the power lines out of our house, and in the process broke the weatherhead that feeds the lines into the house. Duke could not reconnect the lines until the weatherhead was fixed, so I was frantically calling electricians to see if someone could come out. It felt like some of the companies were trying to gouge us, but the price from Branch was reasonable, and they were able to make it out the same day. The electricians were professional, friendly, and they did an excellent job. We got our power restored that night, and Justin stuck around for several hours just to ensure that everything worked once Duke restored power. Branch will be the first company I call the next time I have an electrical issue.

Great distributor great team of knowledgeable professionals.

They sent a guy to my house to give me an estimate. I told him what I wanted done, and he said one price would cover it. I asked him if he wanted to go around and count the number of receptacles and he said no, one price will cover it. They were at my house today and want to charge me $2000 more for the work the estimator told me one price would cover. This experience has been bad. I would not recommend them. I just called their office and talked to the guy who came out to the house. He acted very hostile and mad. I would not give them any business.

After writing this review I was contacted by the owner. He came to my house and attempted to make things right. He was a nice guy and made sure the additional work was done. I was still charged for it, but it was a lesser amount. It doesn't change my other contact with this company.

I was looking for someone to install the ring flood lights(3 in total), called Alex and left a voicemail and in few mins he texted back asking about my address and details, same day he came and gave a quote/estimate which was pretty fair comparing to the quotes I got from 2 famous electrician companies among which 1 was triple the cost. He was able to schedule the work the next day. His team came on time explained me the pros and cons of which location will be best to install the ring flood lights, very professional and very knowledgeable him and his team too. After installation they helped me set it up and position the camera and lights. They did a good quality work and cleaned up the area very well after they completed. Overall I think he is our friendly neighborhood electrician!!!

Farrar has integrity in their work.
I hired a contractor to do a kitchen remodel who subcontracted the electrical to Farrar but never paid them.
Even though they didn't get paid for the job, they still stand behind their work and provide a warranty. They came back and corrected an issue at no charge to me. The employees who came to my house were professional and clean.

These guys were awesome! Fast, professional and fairly priced! We have an older home and it is hard to find experienced contractors to work with our old wiring. Mashall Electrical removed old fixtures and installed 14 high end light fixtures in our home. They were able to problem solve issues on the spot and came up with solutions that avoided busting holes into our plaster walls. Highly recommend for your next job!

I am extremely disgusted and angered by the lack of professionalism and lack of response from this company. Your company did the wiring for homes on the southside of Indianapolis. My sunroom has been completely without power for a little over 1 week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, February 21st, a day I had off from work. The receptionist/office manager scheduled me for the time period of 1 to 4. I waited and called at 3pm to verify that someone was still coming out. I was told that some would be here within the hour. Well, as I write this, it is 6:24pm and no one has called or shown up. I've wasted 1/2 a day waiting and missed several opportunities to do things as well as have another company come out to assist. No one, NO ONE, had the descent courtesy to even call to notify me of any changes, etc... I will be sure to not recommend this company to anyone and will report this incident to the BBB.

I can't express enough how angry and disappointed I am that no one even bothered to call or notify me of any changes. I understand that things happen, but to just be brushed off completely? Not acceptable! This was 100% unprofessional and flat out rude!
