These guys were fast, friendly, and informative. Extremely reasonable price and will install a bathroom fan you already purchased or provide one for you. I bought a fan at lowes and didn't realize how cool it was until these guys read the manual for me and told me it has some great functions that I never would have noticed myself. Couldn't recommend these guys more. This is the kind of customer service where you beg them to take your money.

Great Electricians!! They have done several projects at my house and do a fabulous job! Very reasonable and fair. Highly recommend if you are in of professional electricians in the Indy area.

I've had three major installations done with by Branch:
* Installed my 220v hot tub electrical outlet and ensured everything was installed to building codes.
* We had our whole basement wired, branch found it would be best to install an auxilary panel, so that the install was perfectly professional. It consisted of an entire Inlaw's quarters (kitchen, bath, laundry room, living room, and bedroom). We even had another hot tub outlet put in!
* I also had our 220v electrical car charging station installed by Branch. It works perfectly, and I use it daily.

Th installs were fast and there was no mess left. I also found Noah, our installer, to be knowledgeable and a real people person. Looking for solutions, and not just to make money.

I highly recommend due to the quick, efficient and friendly service I got today. I had an outlet not working at all, nor was it grounded. Calvin arrived same day I called and was super quick identifying the problem and got it properly wired. Great price too. I will call this company if I have any more electrical issues in the future.

I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. I highly recommend RU Electrical Service, Inc and I will continue to be a long-time customer.

Here's a thought, hire drivers that don't blatantly cut people off in parking lots.

I had an issue with my house and the company never got back to me. They also did the electrical for my new construction. Our inspectors told us the electrical work was questionable to wrong and was the only concern they had. They also left forgot outlets that were on the design document which our builder had them correct. I would not recommend not use.

Cannot comment on work as they never called back. I got ahold of Rafael on the phone and he was rude and communicated he wasn't interested in my job even before I had opportunity to describe it. Stated right out he was 3 weeks out and asked for my number so he could call back. He never called back.

I went with Gorge Electric instead. They were professional, efficient, and quick.
