Megan is amazing at what she does. I never thought about investing in interior design services before, even though I have no idea what I’m doing. But when we had a nightmare insurance claim remodel at our home in Phoenix, I reached out to Megan and she made so many stressful decisions easy for us. I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
