WOW ... just WOW! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves in to when we decided to undertake a home addition project. We researched our options and after careful consideration, decided to take the plunge with Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. In the very beginning of the process, we told Oron we had 2 major non-negotiables ... we insisted on communication and quality, both of which we can honestly say he not only met but far exceeded. His communication was stellar, we were kept informed of every step in the project along the way. Quality was not only one of our non-negotiables, it is obviously his as well.

Did we have some hiccups along the way? Sure. Trying to undertake a project like this with supply chain issues, labor issues, so many things out of our control may not have been the best timing, but Oron dealt with each and every challenge professionally. According to Oron, “there are no problems, there are only solutions”. Every sub he brought to the job were professional and they each did great jobs.

Do I want to undertake something like again ... No! At least not in this lifetime or my next 15 lifetimes! However, should someone come to me looking for an excellent General Contractor ... there is only one name I would give them. Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. We not only found a great General Contractor, we found a friend.

Ray Ouellette was a referral from the realtor I hired to sell a house in poor condition. It needed a lot of remodeling to be presentable and ready for sale. Ray and Tatum diligently prepared a scope of work and a budget, got all the work done promptly, and within the budget. They did some odds and ends I had overlooked without charging extra. The work was done beautifully. I did not have to give them a punch list because everything was done right the first time. I am in the commercial development business, for almost 40 years. These guys are as good as it gets. I would not hesitate to refer them.

JM Contracting was recommended to us by a friend as detailed, trustworthy and honest. Josh and his team were great. The tile work is beautiful. They had great suggestions to help with cost. In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. I wish I could post a pic because I love the result so much. We removed a cabinet + wine rack (between two cabinets) and had custom floater shelves installed. Colton also modified the upper mounding on the cabinets to look seamless and you would never know it was anything than what it is.
