I had seen a home Ernesto had done and thought it was terrific. The house conveyed the feeling I desired to achieve with mine. He provided me with several options for layouts for my new home and more importantly, explained why he thought what would work best. He was very helpful in scale, in selecting fabrics and furniture, and paint colors. He was right every time. The trades he used were also excellent-the quality was impressive and they were reasonably priced. I was happy with everything. I would recommend Ernesto without hesitation, and would use him again when I need a designer. He cares about you as a person, and what you are trying to achieve so that you are comfortable in your home. He is fun to work with, and I think he is incredibly qualified. He deserves all of the accolades he is presently getting.

We recently completed our bathroom remodel with McCurdy Construction, and we’re very happy that we did. It took us nearly a year to find the right contractor for the job- having met with several companies before finally finding McCurdy. It’s refreshing to find a group of people who love what they do, listen to your ideas, provide great feedback, work with you to design a stunning home, and then follow up with great project management to keep things on schedule, on budget, and looking fantastic.

From the beginning, Greg Streeter listened to our needs, worked with us to hone our visions, and stuck with us until the end. We really appreciated his insight and prompt responses.

Leyda Herring McCurdy has an excellent eye for design, and was instrumental in developing out the design of our remodel.

And Rob Lara, one of the best superintendents we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, was on the ball, responsible, communicative, and helpful. He’s one of those “get it done” guys that can tackle anything you set in front of him.

Everything - from design to installation - was professional and in keeping with how we feel a business should be run. Even the follow through with a gift basket hand picked to fit the needs of our growing family was not only appreciated, but cemented our perceptions of McCurdy as a high class operation with integrity.

It’s hard to go wrong with a company like that.

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

Did an amazing job painting the exterior of our home. The entire process was easy and professional.Alex did a great job consulting with us on the right solution. He was a fantastic supervisor and contacted us everyday to make sure we knew what was happening and to see if we had any concerns. Alba and crew were great painters and were respectful of our property and showed up on time everyday. This is a great company to work with and we've already referred them to several of our neighbors.

My sister did, but I helped manage it. Took about 6 months, and there seemed to be a lot of delays. Probably most of the backorder had something to due with COVID. Christina Calabrese was our project manager and was excellent at communication. She always kept us up on any progress and any delays. Her boss Zach Brizzee even came to the project site and checked in on it. Those two were key in getting this completed. Thank you!

Fast, friendly, food is always on point.

We just finished a 2000 sq foot addition with Oron and the FHR Team and are loving every minute of our new beautiful house.
From start to finish Oron was there to make sure that every detail was taken care of.
His staff and workers were professional and a pleasure to work with.
We are thrilled with the beautiful tile work, paint and the way everything turned out.
Oron was available night and day to deal with any of our concerns during the process.
Construction can be stressful but when using FHR the process is smooth and believe it or not FUN!

Looking for residential or commercial work to be done? Look no further! Bethom Contracting is worth it!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Great company with great integrity and skills

I recently purchased my first home and hired On Demand Construction to do a total remodel. These guys had all of the answers and did a fabulous job!! I recommend this company for anyone wanting great work and a fair price.

Terrible services. Owner of Dodge Ram truck driving around with no concern for anyone, anything or even himself. Be better buddy. Your attitude reflects in everything you do.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
