We hired FHR to replace the wood fascia trim and stucco our house and detached garage on our home that was built in the 1940's. We went with FHR after getting estimates from a few different contractors. FHR stood out as a company that would provide high quality work for a reasonable price. I got a great first impression from FHR and trusted they would do a better job than some of the contractors that quoted a higher price. Orón made sure the quality of work was to our expectations. Their stucco people were very talented. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and family and would use them again in the future.

Shannon and his team were very responsive and committed to getting our job done. They worked in an ever changing project without change orders and kept the project moving... they focused on keeping the budget tight and brought solutions to each problem we “encountered” as we peeled the layers of a remodel

Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a full bathroom remodel that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

We needed to remove the tub in our master bath and have a shower install and replace the bathroom floor. After getting several estimates we knew that Burton with Kitchen and Bath Remodeling llc was the remodeling company to use. Burton is AWESOME and has the best team of workers you could find. They arrived every day right on time and didn't leave till they had everything cleaned up. The tile guy Alex and his helper Mike was amazing (the Best). The plumber and electrician were great also. While the electrician was here he also installed a light in our dining room. After the tiling was completed Burton sent the Shower Door specialist to install the shower door. The price was very reasonable with no hidden fees. I highly recommend Burton and his team for your remodel needs. Our shower is just awesome. Thanks Burton

Cool place, cool people. and they tip well

This team has done a lot of work on our home in Sun City. They have fully renovated our interior, which is AMAZING!! And just this last month have completed new windows throughout the home, a garage make over and some retaining wall work in the backyard!! I would highly recommend Yourson Contracting to any one!! The supervisor frank is using the workers money and he never pay on time and he is giving bad excuses all time

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
