Best Construction Management Services in Phoenix AZ

Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a full bathroom remodel that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

AZ Commercial Builders do amazing work and often go above and beyond whats called for to get me what I need. I own a few restaurants in the Phoenix area. Highly recommend them for commercial space work. Great portfolio and they stand behind everything they do.

The Southwest business unit is doing great work for the city at Skytrain as well as for data center customers in the valley, municipalities and senior living customers. It’s a phenomenal group of people and culture.

I had the pleasure of working with the Form Third team on various projects in the past. I learned so much and quickly that there’s no experience quite like a design-build where the whole process is handled by a single team of professionals.

With budgets and construction schedules considered as early as the conceptual design phase, the projects could be envisioned knowing that they would come to life with integrity. It was extremely satisfying to be part of the whole process, from conception through construction. Not only are the people who make up the team knowledgeable and innovative, they’re also very transparent with expectations and process. There’s very little the team can’t accomplish, or won’t do to streamline the process and make it a positive experience for clients.

March 2018 referred by online contractor listing thru USAA. Russ Hermann personally came out and did all the measurements and provided us a quote to build a covered patio on our house. At that time they had good reliable people and they did a great job, all done very professionally and Russ did a final walkthru and touchup. we were very satisfied. The house looked great after the job was done.
2021- Apparently the company has changed and added a partner Mario Rios who is not reliable, does not follow-up on the job and cannot be contacted during or after the job is done. The work that was discussed was not done but prompt payment was expected anyway. I paid them off to get the lien off the house and had to finish the job myself. Mario uses his family to do the work and does not provide guidance to them on what is to be done except by phone. Looks like Russ Hermann is not running the company anymore and the lack of quality on the job and after really shows. I cannot recommend this company anymore.
