The day before the closing of my mom’s house, we were notified of a plumbing issue in the foundation under the bathroom vanity. One Alice plumbing company said it was a 2 to 3 day job and would require removing the vanity and replacing the bathroom flooring and they would not be able to begin work right away. I started calling other Plumbing companies in Corpus Christi. It was almost 5 pm when I was given the phone number for JC Callejo (Sparkling City Plumbing). I called, he immediately answered and listened intently as I gave him the details of our situation including needing to complete the work prior to next day closing at 10 am. He accepted the job and he and a coworker arrived by 7:20 pm that night and worked steadily till 11:15pm. They stopped work because they needed additional supplies. They arrived the next morning at 7 am and, yes, they completed the work that morning!! My mom did have to pay time and a half for after hours work but they saved my mom money by working inside the vanity and not destroying it or the floor. They were the answers to our prayers and we will forever be grateful! Thank you J.C.!! Both JC and his coworker were professional, attentive, kind and considerate. Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

We are very happy with the services provided. Very professional. Very timely service. Very friendly. Very clean and organized. They went above and beyond to help us. They are definitely the best plumber in Elizabeth and would highly recommend them.

We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time.

This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall.

The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief?

Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team.

Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all.

Excellent service and experienced professional

Our service technician kept us posted on his expected arrival time. He was friendly, well- mannered, and knowledgeable as he worked throughout our home. He explained what our system needed, in addition to standard maintenance, and provided a cost for that in advance. He is a great representative of this company and I would highly recommend him and Water Improvement Technologies to anyone. I could not have asked for better service!

He came last year to fix loose kitchen faucet and removed adhesive so a year later it is loose again. I have called and left 4 messages but he won't return phone calls. He also won't return phone calls to a friend who he had previously helped. I will have to call another plumber to fix the issue he created and I advise others to do the same.
