I used Balkan Plumbing to install a recirculating pump for a tankless water heater. Before the install, it took about 2 minutes for hot water to come out of each faucet. I contacted Nasco to discuss the options. Using pictures of my tankless water heater and him providing pictures of what the recirc pump would look like, he was able to provide a very reasonable quote. I was significantly less than any other plumbing company. Nasco was very attentive and responsive to all questions I had. I’m very impressed by the professional and clean job they did.
Everything is working very well where hot water comes to the faucets within 15-20 seconds. I’ll be keeping them in mind for any future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend Balkan plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this company. I called in for an emergency service and they came over to my house the same day. I had the main drain cleaned out as it was clogged forcing water to come out through the bathtub drain and sinks. This company made my day by resolving the issue quickly and at a great price.
