I wish I'd looked at these reviews first and not just Yelp. I experienced the same issues with being grossly over charged for the work. I was charged $400 for what was about 30 minutes of labor. I was unable to get in touch with my normal plumber at the time, so I went with Drains R Us. Talked to my regular plumber today and found out he would have charged $135 for the same work. I was asked how much I know about plumbing before being quoted, and I was dumb enough to be honest. Now I know why I was asked.

I work with contractors and subs regularly. So my opinion of OC Rooter isn'temotion based. It's on enough work orders I've given to the owner, Fernando, over the five years I've been using him. Fernando has been coming out to take care of our residence kitchen drains and various other plumbing orders. Just this morning he came out to take care of a clear water back up in the downstairs toilet. Turned out it was a clog with some roots between the toilet and the garage main access. I've been using Fernando for the last five years and while I have my own tools, including power snakes, I know when to turn over the job to a professional. As a person who works with contractors regularly, I can easily endorse Fernando as being one of the most skilled workmen I've known, he is incredibly organized and never takes shortcuts with all that said, I think his pricing is extremely Fair.

After 6 months of trying to resolve an issue I have recieved no resolution. This company was contracted by my Home warranty company. The plumber who installed my new kitchen faucet CRACKED my granite counter top around the base of the faucet. Its cracked in three places. He did not disclose this to me... instead he tried to glue it together. Once I started to see glue everywhere I noticed the big cracks. I called the company and asked for a manager to come see the mess and fix the damage. They sent the same technician (not management) who literally took a picture and left. No one called me so I called again and a manager told me that his guy says he didn't damage my property and he advised me to call a specialist who installs Granite. So he basically suggested that I pay for the damage done by this company. I now have water seeping through the cracks of the damaged granite around my faucet. This company has failed to even investigate and customer service has been HORRIBLE. Next stop is a lawsuit.

Cb don't answer their phones in a timely manner; they don't return calls as they state they will; they try and put in cheaper models of faucets/appliances than the home warranty companies authorize and request and then they try to sneak behind the warranty company and try to get the homeowner to pay for what the warranty already covered. They are the type of business we don't need or want in Las Vegas.
