Jetters‘N’Drains are god sent! I will never forget when I called Daniel on Christmas Eve because my water heater decided it was the best day for it to leak, he walk me though as to how to shut off the main, to tell me want to get from the hardware store, even offer to FaceTime me to replace what was broken.

Fast forward to today - again we called Jetters‘N’Drains because there was a banging noise coming from the wall when the sprinklers came on, they came on right on time (which I was late for the appointment), discover the issue with the sprinkler valve, in 10 minutes. He give me some suggestions/recommendations, which were thinking about - but yet again it ensure why these guys are the best! Thanks again Daniel and Gonzalo!

Providing a review after my second experience with Matthew and his team, specifically Dalton. After two completely different plumbing needs, I can confirm they are responsive, courteous, and thorough.

The first job coordination between multiple trades was needed. Matthew provided multiple recommendations since I did not have my own preferred companies for those trades. All the recommendations I hired were as top notch as this team.

Unfortunately, plumbing needs are often urgent. If you are reading this review because you are in a bind, you have found a good crew to help you.

Incorrect location of the leak. Replaced a good line. Cut out 2 walls for it. Will not recommend to anyone!

We had a clogged drain and a cracked drain trap. A single worker came and fixed the problem in under an hour using a single $5 part. We were charged $529.Job should have been about $275. We didn't know it would be $529 until we were already on the hook for the $119 service call. At that point, we had no good option but to pay the remaining $410 rather than start over and wait several more days for a different plumber.Their pricing model makes them a poor choice for small jobs.

Extremely quick response. Called on Friday evening and he came by before 8am Saturday. Fast, friendly, and professional service. I really liked how he took the time to clearly explain our issue and how the plumbing is set up in our house.

This company tried to hustle me into fixing a simple bathroom sink leak for nearly $700! What a joke.

Blanca was rude, not friendly just called and ask for the name on filed and said the time plumber was going to be there by, and hang up. No hello, or what company she is calling from. Plumber came by and ask my husband why is he looking for at his watch even though is none of his business, but my his and told him he received a text. After he comes I’m and looks at the clogged toilet and flushed it, and told my his and the diagnostic without doing other work. After he goes to the other problem about the leaking bath tub which is on the second floor but he only take a picture of a whole that we made because the dry wall seem different texture from the rest of the sealing. He gets his phone and take a picture. Tells my husband he will be back for the toilet after talking to the warranty department and also to look what’s causing the leak on the tub which he never bother looking to begin with. We didn’t hear from him since and put complete on the work order with the warranty company. Call the warranty company and explain what he did and told me the diagnostic he came up with just by looking without using any of his tools or getting his hands dirty and told them there was so many issues just by looking at a 1”inch ceiling hole. Really!!! They are scammers!!!! They are putting falsely claims to the warranty company so the customer doesn’t get coverage and they get easy money for only 5 minute visit. Yes it took only 5 minutes and I paid 85 dollars for that.
