I called to have them look at my whirlpool gas water heater. They were honest and up front letting me know they didn't have much experience with this brand, but did spend 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to help diagnose the problem. At the end of the conversation they told me if I couldn't find any one to look at it to call back and they would try to fix it for me. This company is an AWESOME one providing honesty and as much help as they possibly could!!!! A+++++++

Raul and his crew came out and changed my leaking water heater and got my house back to having hot water !

Cannot recommend Empire leak enough! Found a puddle of water in my room. I thought a pipe burst under the slab. I wanted to cry. Called Empire Leak and Dale was here within the hour! He found the leak, a burst hose on our water heater, within 10 minutes of being here. He was amazing. Told me I just needed to fix the hose and viola problem solved. By far the best experience I’ve been had with a plumbing company. Call them. They will help and be amazing and affordable all at the same time.

Update: This has nothing really to do with this company, but Dale brought along a guy with him that “specialized in water damage”. The guy wasn’t associated with Dale or his company, but the company, FPR, are total scam artists. If Dale recommends this company or Carl do not go with them. They tell you they’ve worked with all insurance companies for the last 8,000 years but when it comes time to work with them they tell you that isn’t their job.

I did not use Tony’s plumbing services, but I did receive help from their driver when I was broke down at a complex. I asked their driver Isaac and another man for some help, They helped me get my car started and back on the road. Not to mention it was 103 outside and they were busy working they actually took the time to help me. These are the kind of men I would want working for me and doing business with. I cannot thank you guys enough for your kindness and help!

Randy has been great, he helped me out in the past on a major job. His work was exceptional and at a fair price. Today I called in behalf of a friend and although it was too far for his company to travel Randy gave me some advice as to what materials that should be use and in what manner it needed to be properly installed.
