The driver of a white truck company vehicle for Blair Plumbing was driving recklessly on the interstate. They were riding close behind our sedan way over the speed limit and nearly killed my family swerving into our lane to cut us off. I would hope they aren't this reckless with people's plumbing.

Leroy S. was absolutely INCREDIBLE! We had been waiting for a couple parts for our water heater for a week and a half. He came in, tooled around, called a few places, and found the part THAT day! We had been out of water for two weeks, he was a superhero! He was kind, took time to explain everything to me, and advocated for me with our landlord. This was absolutely outstanding service. Leroy got the job done and was a pleasure to be around.

Professional and friendly. Called him to fix a leaky faucet and he fixed a second faucet as well. Called him again because the Board of Water Supply said that there was a leak somewhere and he checked all hree toilets and fixed two. Worked fast and kept things affordable.

Shoreline has repaired a water leak inside the wall behind my shower, replaced old corroded drain pipes, and replaced leaking bath faucets. They are dependable, responsive and most importantly, unlike many companies, show up when they say they will. I recommend them without reservation.

David was great and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed and made recommendations for future camera scoping to see if there isn't something major in the pipes.

He did great work, but I had to wait over 2 weeks just for a home warranty toilet replacement, he insists that I get a more expensive toilet, then bills me $614 ($344 out of pocket) for a simple toilet replacement that would have cost me $120 MAX if I had done it myself (I had purchased one from Home Depot already), and then he doesn't even take the old toilet away. I asked him to wait a few mins while I called the company so I could resolve the billing issue with the warranty company but he wouldn't even wait 5 mins for me to get a resolution. I got a resolution with the home warranty company 5 mins after he left and they say they'll cover the full cost, but he STILL cashed my check for the remainder and then tells me to sort it out myself with the warranty company. Very unprofessional and overpriced for such a small job. He only gets 1 star because that's the lowest limit and he did a good job installing the toilet.
