We had a leak due to very old pipes. They gave us a great price and as repairs were being made, they updated us, and gave us options along the way. We ended up going with a whole new sink (which I wanted anyway) and it looks great, works great, was done in a timely manner, and they even got us a discount on the sink we picked out. Joel and Jim were kind, respectful, and friendly. Joel kept me in the loop the whole time and went out of his way to make sure I understood what was going on, what was needed, and listened to my needs and concerns.

Horrible customer service and then lied when I tried to talk with management. Didn't correct the problem at all and then can't get anyone on the phone for two days. When finally spokee to someone was treated badly.

I’m a fairly private person, but what I can say is that Louis helped me locate the source of the pipe leaks we had and they happened to be in an extremely inconvenient and difficult to get to area in the home. He did a fantastic job of repairing the leaks and getting the piping back in order. Informative, honest, and upfront with me about the problems we were seeing and what it would take to repair it

I needed hot water valves installed for my sinks and shampoo bowls in a commercial building. They were able to come out the next day! They were on time and provided quality service. James went above and beyond what we expected and I will definitely use this plumbing service again.

I had JVL come out again to install my shampoo bowls and again the service was amazing. He even helped me understand my hot water heater system and fixed my toilet. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality affordable service.

Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!

Our water heater broke late on a Friday afternoon. I called Shimon Aviksis and he found a place open til 7 to buy a new one and had it installed that evening. Did I mention it was the weekend of my son's wedding and we had a full house? He saved the day with a smile and no rush charge. I can't think of who else would do this. I didn't think you could find this service any more.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Als. My grandmother's toilet needed repair and Al saved the day! Great communication, fast service, and he charged a very fair price. If I lived closer, Al would be my go to plumber... highly recommended.

Not too sure if I should blame my home warranty or this company. Nonetheless, it took 1 month to replace my toilet in the master bathroom. I put the order in for the warranty company, the plumber came took a picture of the crack in the toilet bowl than left, I did not hear of anything for a few days- I called Professional plumbing and said they just got approved to repair the toilet. They did not tell me they had to order one... I waited a couple days, called again and said they put a order in for a 2 piece set. That order took about two weeks, I then had to call to schedule, after a month we finally got a TOILET replaced. I have never left a comment about a company but this is my first because I do not want any others have to go through the same thing my wife and I did. It’s a shame they have to order a basic toilet. Thankfully we had another bathroom to use.
