The 2 technicians did the annual on our tankless water heater. Very nice, professional, took time to explain what they were doing. Definitely will use again nd recommend.

I've used a few plumbers over the years and once I landed on Martin's Plumbing, there's been no one else. Marty and Alex are both, simply put, very knowledgeable experienced plumbers. Over the years they've replaced a leaky faucet valve, replaced toilet fill valves/flappers, shower valve mixer kits...and they use recommended OEM parts (which makes a big difference). Even gave me some good advice on water heater settings.

Everyone was nice and responsive but the plumber they sent was fairly new and kept reminding me of the fact. I asked some administrative questions about the service and they kept telling me they weren’t trained yet. I ultimately didn’t proceed and had to rearrange my work schedule to call a different company to come out and assess.

They were timely, communicated well, the price was reasonable and the installation professional.
I’m thoroughly impressed. I will gladly hire them again and again.

Ron and his team are incredible. Like never thought I’d say I have a plumber but Ron’s the guy! He used to be in accounting and decided he wanted to work with his hands and became a master plumber. He always explains exactly what is going on and gives us option. When we had issues with piping a well known plumbing company had been out a few months prior and told us nothing other than unclogging the drain and taking our money. Ron told us exactly what was causing the drain to continue to clog, let us know that it wasn’t urgent to repair, but gave us the run down on how we could repair it correctly. We decided to go ahead and take care of it right away and he did a fantastic job and a fair price.
He’s now done garbage disposal installation for us, found and repaired toilet pipe cracking, replaced a toilet, figured out what was causing a leak in our bathroom, replaced a water heater, fixed tons of improperly installed piping along the way, and redid our entire gas line.

When I say he stands by his work, he came back over on his own the next day to just double check that all the fittings on something tricky was sealed and good to go.

I was very pleased with the work David and his assistant did replacing my toilet. They were professional, efficient & friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I've never had as great of an experience with any contractor, plumber, handyman, electrician, etc. as we've had with Day & Night. We've had them out to our house at least six times now to help with a flooded basement, low water pressure, a burst pipe, installing all new faucets - pretty much the works. Each time they've shown up on time (if not slightly early), and always knew the best solution without forcing us into unnecessary extras. The cost is always reasonable and the plumbers are responsive and professional. Tawn showed up at our house today within two hours of our call and fixed an issue we've been having with our kitchen sink SO fast. I can't recommend this company enough.

Although they were quick to come and provide an estimate and it was an extremely fair estimate compared to all the others that I sought their overall work was not up to par. They had to dig a trench through the front yard to replace a damaged pipe however the clean-up was terrible. 5 months later the yard is still torn up and on top of that there is still apparently a leak in the pipe. I thought that my last water bill was still high due to the repair being done in mid December but now I am seeing water leaking out towards the side walk again.
