He is very hard working, reliable, timely, professional and honest. With him, I don't need to worry about the prices and hassle of getting multiple estimates. I am glad I found him. My air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday and on a day here in Vegas when it was 112 degrees outside. I called around to several places and no one answered until I called Mastermind Mechanical. Haik answered the phone and said he could be here within the hour. Not only did he keep his promise and showed up 20 minutes later but he diagnosed and fixed the problem! This honestly was the best experience I’ve had here in Vegas dealing with a repair company. He was honest, knowledgeable, fast, gave a fair price, and I will for sure use him again in the future and refer him/ the company to everyone I know.

They helped us install a gas line on the third floor of our condo. A ton of folks refused because it was a challenging job. They worked with us to discuss how to route it to the basement and then were meticulous about finishing it right. We'd definitely work with them again.

Marc was an excellent plumber and I ended up paying less then half of what I was quoted by the other main stream companies that I got estimates from in the beginning. Highly recommended!

I was given Bill's card through a friend who said she had a great experience using him. I called several Plumbers before calling Bill and they said they would schedule me in a few weeks or some didn't answer or return my call.

The first time I called I left Bill a message and within 20 minutes he returned my phone call, he schedule an appointment for the next day! He showed up on time fixed my garbage disposal, he was very quick, friendly, clean, and most importantly Honest!

The second Time I used bill was to install my dishwasher, I left a message he called me right back and even came the same day to install the unit! I had the same experience as the first time and he also showed me several of the steps he took to install the unit so if I ever needed to pull it out for any reason I would know what I was doing. He was very meticulous during the install and made sure everything fit and ran perfect before leaving.

I highly recommend him, and will be using him for any future plumbing work!
